What a gem in Siem Reap! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend to visitors looking for a westernized, relaxing accommodation. Key points: ✨the staff are so helpful and demonstrate genuine hospitality ✨ location is prime. Close to Angkor Wat , yet peaceful ✨ good food - we had all 3 meals & it didn’t disappoint. Some physical features do need refurbishment, but in the all the goodness, you overlook that. Thank you Hertiage Suites!

Best hotel in Siem Reap!

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit tollen Zimmern, gutes Essen im Restaurant. Das Personal ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Stadtmitte sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuss, oder mit dem Tuk Tuk 5 Minuten. Der Pool ist sehr einladend und sauber.

裝修很有柬埔寨風格，早餐是點餐，西式、柬埔寨都有，很齊全，而且巨好吃。她們烤麪包特別好吃，朋友説被法國殖民時估計留下的烤麪包方法。接機送機服務也很絲滑。

Mr. San picked up us at the airport and in 50 minutes we were in the hotel. Lovely and quaint, homey and clean. Ms. Tola in the restaurant was a joy and delightful to talk to. Mr. Hal, our tuktuk driver was nothing but laughter and service! We’re glad to have stayed with you! Thank you.

Sooooo Amazing staff, Very kind and they are willing to do everything they can to make you stay more comfy. They welcome you with open arms are willing to help you whenever you want. They are pretty funny too so you can have such connection and they want to know you which is rare in this buisness. I will recommend that hotel for everyone I know and will def tell peopæe about the hotel. Great place to stay, away from the noice and more relax area. The room was amazing and swimming pool too. The dinner servants was so lovely and breakfast crew aswell. The bedroom has everything you wish for. Big, big bed, sauna, private swimming pool and lovely bathtub. This made our stay more relaxed and ready for the continue of our travels. Fully recommend this place for couples. This is more romantic place so children might not be excited about it as much but still fine. Recommend to have Vuthy as tuk tuk driver, he gives you extra for less and super kind. We stayed at this fantastic hotel for 3 nights. We had one of the bungalows with private swimming pool and it was amazing! The hotel was clean and quiet and with a very nice restaurant, garden and pool area. The breakfast is awesome. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

The most amazing stay with the best staff. It just occurred to me that I haven’t yet wrote a review for this hotel! The staff are by far the best and nicest people we have ever come across throughout travelling the world, they could not do more for you if they tried! They always greeted us by our first names which was such a lovely touch, I’m ashamed I can’t remember their names now but the fact me and my partner still remember their care months after really does testament for how wonderful they are. The food was incredible the best we had in Cambodia, the hotel is beautiful, the people even better. Thank you so much ☺️

From the moment we arrived at heritage suits hotel till the very end we had an amazing expirience. The staff is highly professional and attentive. Every morning after the room was made we found a little present. Breakfast is very delusions and the staff goes out of his way to help. The hotel is quite with bungalows that have their own swimming pool. It is a very familiar atmosphere and it is also child friendly. We will come again!

The hotel was great, staff and care shown was lovely. Each day we had a small present left in our room. The breakfast was good and the food options were quite expensive. It was quite quiet when we stayed, so we felt we did have a lot of attention from the staff. The only thing was that during our stay there was a party which we didn’t know about (would have been happy to have had the heads up) which was fine but would have been good to know about in advance (as it was the same day we were getting up at 4am for the sunrise temple tour).

We are sad to leave this lovely hotel! The staff took very good care of us (especially Yolo in the restaurant/bar). Breakfasts were always fast and delicious so we could get a quick bite to eat before heading out on excursions. We had massages at the spa what were very relaxing. The hotel’s tuk tuk driver, Vuthy, brought us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go, he even gave us a tour of the city one day when we didn’t have an excursion planned. Our room, frangipani, was very nice and we used the room’s private pool every day! We would stay here again if ever back in the area!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. The staff is attentive and the rooms are wonderful. The location is quiet and within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes and the temples are close by. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Heritage Suites came highly recommended by a friend. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids) had a fabulous stay. We were there for 4 nights at the end of August/beginning of September, and stayed in the Colonial Suite with Private Jacuzzi. The hotel was quiet, as it was the low season. We appreciated the attentive and kind staff who seemed genuinely happy to be there. We had a room with a jacuzzi that fortunately was not heated and therefore was very refreshing in the heat. The hotel has a great tour/show/adventure booking service. We enjoyed the pool and poolside menu, delicious breakfast, and comfortable room.

This hotel is well situated in terms of distance from the center, so you can walk easily back and forth. If you are worried about mosquitos rest at ease, the hotel pulverizes repellent in the rooms and inside de common dinning areas. We booked the room with pool, and it was a really nice relief at the end of a very hot day, very relaxing . We absolutely loved the staff, all very nice, caring and attentive. Super cosy! The food is amazing, we tried several dishes, all very very good. The blinds close all the way, which was a relief since i cant sleep with light coming into the room. Definitely recommend.
