Royal Crown Hotel & Spa recensioner

Excellent stay. Friendly hotel staffs. Smooth arrangement for my rental bicycle and in good working condition, enabling me to ride 50km to visit the temples and sightseeing. The Spa was the best place to relax. The massuers' skills are commendable, giving my body a good recovery after the long ride. During checkout, I had forgotten my valuable in the safe and fortunately the staff found out and reminded me. Appreciated. Highly recommended.

The hotel was in an excellent location and less than 5mins to main area across the river. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet adequate and good price. The hotel was very clean and pool area very comfortable, although small. The hotel is a little dated in room & air conditioning very cold but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend as good value.

Great location away from the crowd but still accessible. It’s clean and staff are polite but the amenities are basic, and deco seems to be stuck in the past of its glorious days.

Great location. Ok rooms but old. Breakfast was very uninspired. Concierge didn’t understand English very well (statement of fact) and gave bad directions to a tuk tuk driver. Let us check out late. Acceptable but truly average.

Everything is good except that the breakfast need to have more variety after three days cos I stayed there for six days.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located near the night market with many eateries nearby. You can contact front desk through WhatsApp for any assistance or enquiries and expect prompt response. Breakfast is sufficient, but hope for better varieties, especially when we stayed 6nights. .

Extremely clean, comfortable and tasteful rooms, gorgeous pool and delightful decor Close to the markets and Apsara theatre. The dining room and sky bar both produce great local food and western favorites too. Breakfast buffet is massive and fabulous variety of Cambodian and western foods. But the best part was the staff: kind, courteous, fast and efficient. Can't praise this place enough. Thank you.

I choose this hotel because of the location, it just 5 min away from Pub Street

Really good, big room comfortable room, great swimming pool and great breakfast. Good location as well, 3mins walk to Pub street. The next door is Harry's bar, special $5meal everyday is really good!

It is a nice and clean hotel. It is located in a nest spot. Breakfast is great. Hoteliers are very kind and friendly.

We booked a room on the 5th floor with city view. We got the 2nd floor with NO view ;-( We booked a car/driver from the hotel to Phnom Pehn. We had one 10 minute stop prearranged, but the NON-English speaking driver never made the stop. Also, I really do not know why the driver needs FIVE mobile phones to play with while driving!
