A nice enough hotel located in central siem reap. The food was a bit overpriced and so were the quotes they gave for day trips and drivers.

Hotel breakfast is good. But the room door lock was not working properly. There were technicians came two times to fix the lock but it was not working with the card. At the end we need to use the key manually.

Rooms are large. Beds are comfy and air con is cold especially during hot days. Everything works and hotel is clean. Food is decent Location is close to airport and Angkor Wat.

ファミリールームのコネクティングルームに宿泊。 全体的に清潔感があり、部屋の清掃も綺麗にされていました。ホテルの方の対応も丁寧で良かったです。

房間還可以吧，沒有大毛病。就是管理人員太愛做發財夢: 總想着一夢發財——室外露天抽了根煙，沒看到垃圾桶或煙缸，不願隨手丟棄，就拿到室內放垃圾桶裏了（室內後門直通户外）。退房時被追着要罰款150美元。硬説是在室內抽煙了！説明情況後，對方還指着地上的白色不明片狀物硬説是煙灰，哈哈，撿起來後還是成片狀的（估計是碎椰子片），，，，整個是萬物皆可變“煙灰”啊 ！ 讓酒店拿出禁煙標識，管理人員找遍房間也沒找到，，，，沒有公告、公示、法律憑證，罰款數額就憑你嘴巴隨意説啊？ 無煙客房是好事，拿着煙頭來誣陷、想發財就變味了。希望大家都留意着吧！ 別讓這幫人的發財夢得逞！ 順便説一句:這個管理人員個子在1.75米左右，總在前台等着住客退房，，，，， 遇到這種發財夢沒醒的人或事，大家可以據理力爭，別怕這種人找各種藉口罰款。
