We stayed in this unique B&B and truly enjoyed our stay. We booked the Nobile Room with a very deserved write ups of the incredible views. Wake up each morning and enjoy a panoramic 360 view from 4 walls of windows which you can open to enjoy the weather as well. The suite has a separate private bath room downstairs with a sauna. The breakfast each morning was beautifully presented and was just perfect for us. It is on the 6th floor with lots of stairs and no lifts, but, it was great daily exercise!! It is situated right smack in the middle of everything and you can literally walk anywhere. Flavia and her husband Paolo are wonderful and gracious hosts. Flavia went out of her way to assist me, responded to my requests and gave us great recommendations. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Siena. Thank you Flavia and Paolo for a wonderful stay!

Stayed in the top floor / penthouse. Gorgeous views and best location! Had a great time for 4 days here. The host flavia is welcoming and helpful and available when we needed some help or information. Highly recommended for family (as long as you can climb some stairs).

We stayed in the room at the top floor (yes, many stairs to climb) and absolutely worth it for the panoramic view! Very clean and in a great location in a very lively part of town. The breakfast was not lavish, but nice to have if you are hungry. The host was extremely helpful in the morning when we needed a taxi.

Room is great, the host is welcoming and nice. However be aware that you are in the heart of the city, loud music stopped at 1.30 AM. The noise and young party people will stay until 4.30AM. I only could sleep at 5.00AM… not really what I was expecting from my stay. This hotel would probably be a good fit if you are young and not interested in sleeping :)

Location is great, you are in the heart of Sienna and within walking distance to the main hubbub of activity. While the rooms are luxurious, do not expect hotel-like luxury, for example lobby, check in, bag service, restaurant, etc. The host is welcoming and available but you have to call to get into the building, get information, etc. If you are looking for complete luxury, this is not it. If you are looking for a luxury room in a great location, this does well.

Ne vale veramente la pena malgrado il IV° piano senza ascensore e la distanza dalle strisce blù di porta Romana. Indicato dall'agenzia ed accettato sulla base delle recensioni. L'unica pecca è il rumore proveniente dalla strada, dapprima dal locale sottostante ed a seguire dai mezzi della mattina. La cordialità dei titolari di prima mattina e la colazione ti preparano per la giornata, nel mio caso lavorativa.

Quella che vedete nella foto è la stanza “Nobile”, la più Bella del B&B che ovviamente gode di una vista unica su tutta Siena e da cui si puo ammirare la Torre del Mangia da una prospettiva Unica. Il personale del B&B è molto disponibile ed educato, ci hanno sempre accontentato per ogni richiesta anche facendoci lasciare le valigie fino al primo pomeriggio nonostante il nostro soggiorno fosse terminato. Chiaramente la stanza Nobile è la stanza Top del B&B ma vale la pena spendere i soldi che costa. Dovrete però armarvi di pazienza e fiato perché essendo un palazzo storico non sono presenti ascensori e gli scalini per approdare nella stanza da letto sono ben 116. Chiaramente 116 scalini comprese le valigie. Ma fidatevi che vale veramente la pena. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi ma lasciamo 4 stelle perché a mio avviso in una stanza così importante, scenica, ben attrezzata e di lusso ci dovrebbe essere qualche accortezza in più legata alla pulizia del bagno e alla manutenzione generale delle dotazioni (es. Doccia). Chiaramente nel complesso la pulizia è buona e la Stanza meravigliosa.

Ho soggiornato col mio compagno nella suite Nobile. Posizione del b&b centralissima, pulizia impeccabile, colazione gustosissima. E della camera che dire? Bella,suggestiva, e con un panorama indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Grazie di tutto!

Le seul point intéressant est la localisation en centre. Pour le reste, ..... 102 marches pour accéder aux chambres, rien de signalé à la réservation, personne à mobilité réduite s'abstenir ! Chambres très bruyantes tant à l'intérieur qu'en extérieur. Literie très moyenne. Petit déjeuner médiocre, du pain, du pain et encore du pain ! Pas de fruits, pas d'œufs et encore moins de salades. Les chambres ne sont refaites que sur demande mais, sans changement de serviettes et de remplacement de produits (gel douche, shampooing, .... ni même le papier de toilette) débrouiller vous avec ce qui vous a été donné au départ, même si vous restez plusieurs nuits. Prévoyez votre trousse de toilette. Et pour finir quand vous demandez de laisser votre bagage quelques heures pour profiter des derniers moments avant de repartir, il vous en coûtera 12€ Bref très surfait, passez votre chemin, facile de trouver mieux.
