Hotel Skansen Conference&Spa

We booked a night away from the kids, to enjoy few drinks and enjoy time as a couple. This hotel seemed like a great idea, looked quite posh on pictures with loads to offer, but in reality it is really run down... we got into room and found loads of black hair on the bed, called reception and in fairness they gave us a better room immediately... hotel rooms are quite disappointing though... mold in the shower and broken tiles, curtains, phone etc. Little tea facility had literally 2 sugars, so only one person can have a tea . Those things do not require real money, but look so bad. They provide ultrafilteted water in a reusable bottle with lovely pledfe to planet description, yet bottle was dirty brown at the bottom, so never cleaned or replaced... swimming pools missing towels and some under never ending renovation, nothing like the pictures... zero value for money at this price point. Staff were lovely in fairness, although very little of them around. It is still a nice spot. Village is great, very quiet and secluded... they rent bikes etc.
