The location and the people are wonderful. The facilities are clean.

Bed bugs covered the beds in the hotel. Absolutely most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Bed bugs tend to stay in the corners and folds of the bed. It must be bad because they are crawling all over the bed and the sheets. Smells. Here for business I shouldn’t have to worry about my bed. Needs to be shut down. Disgraceful! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

Upon staying at this hotel I am very pleased overall. Marvin and his staff are hands on making sure the grounds, pool area, vending machines, and rooms are always clean. The pet areas provide bags for dog waste and are kept clean as well Marvin is very involved with the staff and day to day operations of the hotel. The staff is friendly. Great place to stay!

I can't say enough about how good this place is. I was having trouble joining the Hello Rewards program to get a discounted room rate and the Manager spent a great deal of time helping me so that I could get the price and get into my room after a stressful day of car trouble. The room was very clean, great pillows (!), a refrigerator with ice box, microwave, etc. Wonderful pool outside my room, plenty of parking with security cameras, ample snack offerings in the office and vending area. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were to guests and each other. Some construction is going on and that was not intrusive at all. Location is great in terms of walking to stores or food if you don't want to drive. Comfortable room temperature without loud AC noise. I can't believe it's this good for this price!

13 Feb 22 - My credit card was charged, even though the room was not used. The person I rented the room for was not allowed to go into the room. She was told she was on a no rent list. The clerk could not tell her why. I called to find out why, since I was paying for the room, the clerk did not know. The charge stayed on my credit card bill. I was told that 10 working days from the date it was contested that the money would be back in my account. It is still not there.
