I recently stayed at the Faern Hotel in Crans-Montana and it exceeded all my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a comfortable bed that provided some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. Waking up to the sweeping panoramic views of the Alps from my balcony was simply breathtaking! The Spa and the fitness centre are well equipped and are definitely a plus after a day of outside activities. The service from every member of the staff was truly outstanding. The front desk team welcomed me warmly, offering expert local tips and making check-in a breeze. Housekeeping was equally attentive, ensuring my room was spotless. The Food & Beverage staff went above and beyond, serving exquisite meals with genuine warmth and care, and the bar’s cocktails were both creative and refined. Every detail at the Faern Hotel is designed for guest comfort and satisfaction. The blend of modern amenities, stunning natural beauty, and exceptional hospitality makes it a clear choice for anyone visiting Crans-Montana. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough.

Great stay. All the staff made you feel special guest. Got upgrade to supernice room with snow mountains view. The breakfast and dinner were perfect. Great kitchen staff also, thanks for the raclette evening and delicious cheese varieties. Nothing was to much asked. Very rare these days to find this high level service hotel . Location next to Arnouva cable car was great, with Escalator down to Montana centre for bars, restaurants and free buses to Crans, etc. Room and bathroom weren't big, but adequate and spotlessly clean. All staff were great. Food was great.

The meals were delicious, and the room cleanliness was excellent. However, the bed and pillows were disappointing. Despite being extremely tired after skiing, I had difficulty sleeping as they were not orthopedic at all. I recommend go with your pillow.

To be clear I loved this hotel and it checks all the boxes of a 4 star hotel. It must however receive five stars for the fantastic location, the super high quality of every individual working there and the fact that it is steeped in Swiss tradition and history. From the front desk to the restaurant the team is fabulous. No request was ever too much trouble. The pool is a wonderful resource after a day of skiing — and the Arnouva gondola is a two minute walk from the hotel’s entrance. I look forward to a return stay.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend, but we would definitely like to come back during ski season. The location is excellent—close to the city center, yet not directly in it—with escalators right next to the hotel leading into town. The interiors are beautiful, with tastefully selected furniture. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is very important to us as we always bring our furry family member along. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful. Thank you!

quality of the public area and room is just acceptable proportioned to the rate. The restaurant (quality of food at dinner and breakfast) is less than basic and not acceptable compared to the price. unreasonable to charge 18 CHF for outside parking.

Nice rooms, very nice decorated, excellent welcome, great views of the mountains from the hotel, excellent welcome, very tasty dinner amd great breakfast. We stayed twice at this hotel in 2024 and both times. The second time the new pool was open and it is large, warm and fantastic. The best indoor hotel pool we have seen so far. However, the food was such a disappointment, which was unfortunate since we had booked half board. Not only was the food flavorless, it was also too simple for this hotel category. Once, the main course was Salmon with Spaetzle (a combination that clearly did not go well together). Dessert was also completely uncreative with once ice cream and once fruit salad. Breakfast did not provide omelettes or soft boiled eggs just cold scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs. This hotel could really be great if the food would improve.

Resort hotel in Montana part of Crans-Montana . Walking distance to Arnouva gondola - also escalator into village centre . Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Bar and restaurant good. Pool area , sauna and steam room . gym ,games room well equipped Spacious room with balcony and view. Clean and comfortable . Would return
