Royal Teos Thermal Resort Clinic & Spa - Halal Hotel

SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!! DOLANDIRILDIKK!!!1 We gave up entering the hotel because we were disturbed by all the employees at the hotel and asked for our money back. Since the hotel employees were very aware of the situation, they said they would refund our money immediately and that there was no problem. We have been calling them since the next day and they are trying to stall us by barely answering our phones. We had food poisoning all of us, we booked 6 rooms we were a family of 15 people, the rooms were disaster the handles broken, the air conditioning leaking, shower ventilation doesn’t stop, staff didn’t speak English at all, in the restaurant they do same food every day, the hygiene is very poor, staff not trained we regret booking for 12 days as we felt sick during the first 3/4 days, we met so many people that weren’t happy about this overpriced hotel, in the reception you see queue of people complaining

I have been to this hotel because of congress purposes between 10-12 May. Hotel it self is fine.Not bad.Staffs are ordinary.They do their best in general.However,It is obvious that staffs are confused and don’t know what to do how to do due to management issues.Plus,Just couple of staffs have been very rude and rigid.Specially 2 guys at the reception.One of them is bold and wearing glasses and the other one was in the duty on Sunday around 11 oclock.He didn’t let even car to pick me up in front of the hotel and asked me to go out side of the hotel to catch my car.This was something incredibly unbelievable and terrible.Belboy called manager and then issue has been sorted and they let car to come in and pick me and my luggage..However Other then those two,Rest of the staffs were good.Welcoming lady and other receptionist were good.Service in the restaurant was not bad.Food quality was very low. I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend with this management. Hopefully,They would take this review from the positive side of it and improve the quality.It is because,They have big potential.

Hotel i very big. The staff is very nice even if they don’t speak engkish they are very helpfull. Manager of gasts Seda is speaking english, german And french - she will do everything you would need. Seda help Us a lot by visiting this lovley are. Highly recomend this choice 🤗

Beware when booking the maisonette rooms for your family if you have small children (ours are age 2, 5 and 6). There is a gap at the top they could all fall through which in the day time isn’t a problem as I can watch them but at night it isn’t ideal if they wake to use the bathroom. The food is alright for an all inclusive, and there is a good choice. Communal areas are clean but the rooms especially bathrooms are tired and dirty in places so not in line with a European 5*. The hotel has introduced a Halal concept which was not mentioned on our tour operator webpages anywhere or on any UK webpages (we booked through loveholidays who are basically unable to help us). Therefore I am unable to swim in the pools as I did not pack a burkini or similar swimwear. You cannot sit in a swimsuit by the pools either. It’s ok though, the men can wear tiny swim shorts and that is allowed. The hotel website is in Turkish and the reception staff do not speak English. The information they provide about activities and the restaurants is in Turkish and one of the porters helpfully translated this for us. Be aware alcohol is not allowed on site if you are expecting this in your all inclusive. Halal concept is a wonderful idea for those who wish to stay at a resort like this. But it would have been useful to know this information before we booked /travelled. The hotel management have told us they only informed the suppliers/operators 3 weeks ago about the new change.

I stayed at this resort with my sister. It was a brilliant hotel and we had an amazing executive suite that overlooked the sea. The person that made this hotel even more special was Cansu - she was the Reception Manager and she was just brilliant. Very professional, courteous, attentive, caring and very patient with us. From the very start she showed us our room, gave us all the detail about the hotel and what would be the best spas to have. She had excellent knowledge of the local area and always gave the best sincere and honest advice. The resort itself was very good - we had an exec suite which was brilliant, the food was great ! The spas wete even better. We were treated sooo well - Thank You Cansu and the Team at Royal Teos simply incredible :)!!! - Mahwash & Sadaf
