The stay was really poor. There was no wifi in room, if anyone has to use wifi, they have be near router.
Secondly no breakfast was provided, excuse provided the staff slept late till night and could not prepare breakfast, all the provided poha in haste.
Staff will respond late or you reach the reception area to ask for anything.

safe palace with proper hygeine maintenannce ,
anamities:- fully ac rooms are alloted to me and mattress quality is very nice
you can also visir and stay here ....

Location is absolutely good right within the arms of nature. Food is also good. Amenities are good. Services are really good giving no chance of any complaint.

Excellent staff service excellent peaceful and beautiful natural area very good food (serving fresh food ) spacious and beautiful rooms wifi available with medium speed far away distance from panchmarhi. Overall experience 5 out of 5.
