My husband and I, both huge plane lovers were so excited to book the cockpit suite for a part of our honeymoon around Sweden. I booked this for August directly via the Jumbo Stay website. After booking and paying, I never received a confirmation of my booking. I emailed the email provide don the website asking to please send through a booking confirmation, no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Emailed again, no reply.... You get the picture. I have now emailed 4 - 5 times as well as send a message via their website contact page as well as reach out to them multiple times on Facebook. I am getting absolutely no reply and I and beginning to get worried. We are leaving for our trip very soon (coming all the way from New Zealand so we really want to feel organised and at ease). After reading some of the reviews, I'm a little nervous about the lack of service and it makes more sense as to why I am not receiving any kind of communication at all. Has any one got any advice for me??
