The facilities are actually complete and okay; there’s a fridge and a TV. However, the fridge has no power outlet, and the TV can’t access YouTube or Netflix, so it’s basically just for display. The check-in process took a very long time because I paid in rupiah, so the receptionist had to confirm my booking with their superior first. I had to wait for about 30 minutes before getting the room key. The check-out process was also very slow. I was asked whether I had used the robe because it was missing during the room check. My partner and I told them that there was no robe in the room when we checked in, but the receptionist still doubted us and even checked my bag. It’s a shame because the hotel is actually nice and clean, but the service is disappointing.

Отличный новый отель! Номера новые, чистые, красивые. Большой телевизор. Отличный панорамный бассейн на крыше с шикарным видом. Хороший спортзал с новенькими тренажёрами. Холл скромненький и местоположение в каком-то закоулке, но это всё не принципиально. Однозначно вернулся бы ещё раз!

位置，整潔，乾淨，服務，總體來説是挺不錯的，要是這價格能有免費早餐就更完美了，推薦旅遊，商務出差都很合適的。

酒店新開業不久，乾淨衞生，工作人員也很熱情，房間海景非常漂亮，酒店裝修設施齊全，非常不錯的酒店。
