I purchased the "suite" so we could use the kitchenette. 40.00 more a day. THERE WAS NO KITCHENETTE. there were cabinets, a sink, and a mini fridge. That's it. Pool not open and not maintained. No room service. No staff available. It's just not worth it.

The water is undrinkable and there are no vending machines. They advertise a pool and yet there isn’t one. There are bugs in the restrooms. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and that’s fine but there was nowhere else to go. They charged us for amenities we did not receive.

The hotel is very old, it needs lots of repairs and TLC. The chemical smells of cleaning products welcome you into your room. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone. We were unfortunate enough to have neighbors that partied til late in the weee hours and we could not sleep at all! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to!

We stayed there to see a concert in Liberty, NC, which was 15 miles away. Closest for convenience. This is clearly not a $150 a night hotel. Difficulty to find off the main road, old and in serious need of an update. Room was odd shaped and not really functional for watching TV from the bed.

Great value for your dollar. Employees friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean. Liked all the space we had in the room. Temperature easy to control. Liked large television. Interesting color combination of furniture and walls.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of lights. You can hear noise from hallway. What you would expect for a 2star hotel. Krystal at the desk was kind, courteous, and professional. There was a problem in the room next door with loud people and she addressed the issue.

Our family met here for a famiky wedding in the area. The rooms were nicer than what I expected when I saw the location. Very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would like to have had more condiments for breakfast and coffee.

Decent enough which means clean; however, still behind the times of modernization--no elevator!!! I have had knee surgery and prefer a first-floor room; I called and spoke with a Luis requesting a first-floor room since realizing there was no elevator after reading other reviews of this place and along with extra towels/pillows. It was noted within the comments of my reservation. I tried calling the hotel directly to have these ready; however, the phone number on their website is not correct which Luis rendered the correct phone number for me and sent me an updated confirmation email. Arriving, Lakisha/Lasha (?) I was told there were no first floor rooms available. Now I made my reservations initially in Jan 2023; she replied there were no updates within her computer system of my requesting a first-floor room and the extra towels/pillows. The breakfast was quite weak and desperately needs updated. The issue with the doors: side-entry doors locks do not work which you cannot enter through them at any timeframe. I am not happy with having a request for first floor room not acknowledged.
