I had a highly disappointing experience with hotel regarding my booking. I had booked a stay for two nights but had to check out after one night due to an emergency. Despite not utilizing the second night, I was denied a refund.
simply passed the responsibility to the hotel, while the hotel refused to refund my money, citing their "policy." This is completely unfair – I paid for a service I did not use!
A responsible travel platform should stand by its customers and assist in fair resolutions, but completely unhelpful. The hotel, too, showed zero flexibility or customer concern.
