I stayed for 1 night as I had some work at Siliguri. A beautiful hotel a good bar and a restaurant. Eas of access to nearby places. The front desk staff and the other hotel staff were very friendly, professional at their work and courteous. I had some issues at the restaurant regarding my lunch and I asked the lady waiter for the manager of the hotel to be addressed but she rudely said he was on a holiday and I asked the reception regarding the Manager and to my surprise the male Senior Manger was very much present at his chamber. I addressed my complaint to him and he listened to me was very helpful. One thing when I reached home I realised that I had left one of my items in the hotel restaurant and I immediately called up the hotel and the front desk Ms. Naaz was very helpful at tracing my items and to her help I got it. Beautiful room with all the modern facilities, the mini bar was just great, a 5 star standard. Plenty of free parking facilities too.

I love to go the hotel as I love the behavior of the employees they are very helpful and cooperative specially Nidhi ,Akash ,Akki and Rupal I always recommend to each and everyone to go great central location i stayed at hotel for a night really enjoyed

The service is excellent and cooperative staff that make the stay comfortable. The hotel has a fine ambience. Nidhi was very cooperative and helped with my daughter little sickness friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no requests for assistance

We had a grwat time there . We were on a family vaction and staff were ao friendly and caring. Nidhi took care of us at breafast under the guidance of her manager mr. Malik. Rooms very of good size and was very clean and well maintained. All the best for the future.

Beautiful stay hotel hiland is a perfect place to stay in siliguri it is close to the shopping center it was crazy and clean brekfast was excellent and incredible varied the f and b has always been friendly patient and helpful that impressed me mr malick sir and nidhi mam was awesome job thanks you so much hiland hotel

The food was amazing. And special thanks to miss nidhi she was soo polite and helpful . The ambiance was also great and hospitality was also good. Mainly the food and the behavior of miss nidhi was awesome. Next time we will visit again. Thank you hiland and miss nidhi

The food was awesome,and comfortable and clean accommodation. Positive atmosphere and the best thing was Miss Nidhi was very helpful and kind and very polite to us. She helped us to choose the food according to us what we should have and the suggestion of Miss Nidhi was excellent. we loved the food next time we will again visit with our family and will ask Miss Nidhi to help us again. thank you hiland for the great food and special thanks to Miss Nidhi
