The people working there were very nice but the room was not good, there was no towel, the bed sheet in the room was not good, there was a foul smell in the bedroom
The food was expensive, the menu card was not impressive but the rates were very high

It was a good stay. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean. View was nice from the top. Overall a pleasant stay.

Food was really not good as per the rate of food and the food was half cooked always. Location was at the main market but maintenance was very poor. Toiletries were in broken condition. Overall felt cheated by hotel.

A very small dirty, damp room and bathroom. There was a foul smell in the room. The towel was old and was smelly.

Bed sheet not clean properly, bad smell and sindur spot female was noticed in both pillow cover and bedsheets, toilet apparatus not well maintained properly. Intercom and outside calling bell not working. Elevator must be installed due to senior citizen and physically disabled person.
