The place is Easily Approachable.. Centre of the city, Can reach the commercial centre easily.. Comfortable stay.. Polite staff.. Clean Rooms.. The best part was a NICE Breakfast.. I believe that's all for an enjoyable stay.. I hope they maintain this moving forward..

Hospitality was top notch All staff members was very polite and quick in giving services Room was clean and nice and whenever anything needed from the hotel one phone call and it was on your doorstep Guard too were top quality Always smiling and giving respectful gestures…..

From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The front desk team was efficient and courteous, and I truly appreciated the extra effort made by Bimal in making my stay more comfortable. I also appreciated how attentive and friendly the housekeeping staff was during my stay. Highly recommended !!

Good amenities with good food. Staffs are too supportive. Peacefull environment. Near to the main market so no worries about vehicle or transport. Hotel provides hygeine and clean area for customers. overall cost effective and satisfactory service.

Very neat & clean rooms. Well maintained bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was very good. Common area ambience also good.Staff's were very courteous. Plenty parking space.Location for stopover on way to north east destination is very convenient.

Sweetest, accomodating staff with good facilities in the hotel. The staff, the front manager really made our stay at Saffron Crest memorable by helping me plan a surprise for my sister's birthday and then they themselves eventually surprised us further by getting another cake which was a gift from the Hotel. Mr. Vimal helped me plan it through and through. The stay is comfortable, service is pro active and great, and the Veg restaurant is really good. The breakfast was also great. No complaints, great stay. Definitely will book this place again if I'm back in Siliguri.

My experience was awesome .It was very comfortable and relaxing because of services by receptionist Miss Sadna Thapa and Sanjana both of them were really very kind and humble which made my day memorable.Hotel saffron is best hotel to stay in Siliguri .

Just an all round great experience. We were a family of five occupying two rooms. Tip top property, backed by a high standard of service. We were upgraded to premium rooms, which were really spacious and built to a high standard. The lobby, restaurant, pool area and other communal areas were bright, lively and generally well designed. I didn’t realise that the restaurant was purely vegetarian when I booked, but food was excellent. The daal makhni and the paneer tikka masala were delightful. Although we were only there for a night, I would definitely consider staying here on future visits to Siliguri.
