Hotel is a very old property,As seen as Trip.com photos,not same, Furniture are old, Bathroom also very congested.Overall a medium quality Hotel at this price,not satisfied.

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

I had stayed in Sarovar Hotel for a day. The room was clean and food served was delicious. Even the breakfast buffet had varied options. I had a pleasure meeting with Roshan Thakur and he was very helpful and cooperative. Over all it was a good experience. I will definitely loved to come again

Awesome property, very well maintained. Polite and professional staff. They just make you feel so easy and homely. Highly recommend everyone to visit here if you are coming to Siliguri. Value for Money. Hospitality is just perfect. Will be visiting again and again. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Nice & pleasant stay at sarovar portico siliguri. Kakoli the front desk executive was very welcoming & upgraded me to a premium room. There hotel is very nice very clean. The food in hiuse qas also yummy especially the biryani. Cheers kakoli.

Over all good experience . Best part about Kakoli who took my booking keep me posted about room ,arrival additionally ask for food as it's was late check in . Good hospitality..keep it up kakoli. Must say Food qty was huge consider the Rate ..quality of breakfast is also appreciated 👍

Very nice hotel in siliguri amazing place location is good nearby there was a shoping mall also which is really nice and view from swimming pool side is peaceful hospitality of Ms.Riwashana is really appreciated will visit again..........

Nice place to stay, location is easy to reach from Bagdogra airport. Staff is very cooperative, special thanks to Ms. Riwashana for her services. The evening complimentary tea service at pool side is adding additional value and comfort. Thanks.

Very nice place to stay and very courteous staff. Kanchan Tigga is very pleasant person. Mr Jamal is very good for service in restaurant.Food quality is also very good 👍. I will recommend this place, particularly if you are staying with family in Siliguri.
