Our experience was not so good... We have booked a city view room . They offered us a room with the price of approx ₹1366. When I did payment they have deducted approx ₹1900 from my account and gave a suffocated room to us..

First when we entered the room it was stinking with smoking. I asked the staff to ventilate the room with room freshener. Bedsheet were dirty asked to change. Bathroom condition broken tiles with pan in bad condition cover getting slide when u sit. One staff name sourav very rude behaviour when i ask for plate. He can reply with polite behaviour.

It's a nice hotel.All the staffs were friendly in nature.If your are in Siliguri for shoping then this hotel is perfect to stay.All the popular market places are near by and can be covered by walking.Enjoyed my stay in the hotel.Hope this will be helpfull for other travelers to choose there stay

The room was in perfect condition. Got great assistance from Mr. Dipesh, the manager. Not only him all staff behaviour was very cordial. Looking forward to stay again. The hotel is situated at a prime location in Siliguri which gives the scope to go for shopping as well.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed at the reception that the property does not have its own restaurant and that all food, including breakfast, is ordered from outside and only available after 9 AM. This was highly inconvenient, as my booking included breakfast, yet I was unable to receive it at a reasonable time. When I requested a refund for the breakfast, my request was denied. Furthermore, upon entering my room, I found that no amenities were provided—not even basic essentials like a towel. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel staff (calling at least ten times), my calls went unanswered. At the time of checkout, when I raised these concerns, the staff refused to acknowledge my complaints or the fact that I had repeatedly tried to reach them. This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve their service quality.
