The cleanliness is something need to be improved. Strand of hair can be seen on the toilet wall and bits of plastic can be found of the room floor. Other than that everything is good.

Ant everywhere, terrible experience, i never seen a hotel will have so many ants. The toilet also dirty. The reception said don’t have room for change, so I have to stay full day in this room. Waste my money and time.

good customer service , good cleanliness for both room and toilet , car park space available , good water pressure in toilet , plenty dining option because there are many restaurant and cafe in the surrounding area . overall good experience thank you for the freegift😚

The hotel is located at a new mall which has quite a lot of restaurants and convenience stores, although a bit distant compared to Georgetown, the price is relatively low and is still neat and looks modern. Cleaniness is ok but could do better, the cups in the washroom are not cleaned.  But bed is clean and has no smell so it’s a good point here.

Quite small room but clean. Many eatery around within walking distance.

Well located in iconic point in Simpang Ampat. Clean place but only parking need to pay by TNG and claim yourself online rm10. They have a conveniently placed a water dispenser near the lifts

Nice location, located in iconic point. In front got CU, family mart, McDonald’s, Starbucks, coffee bean, Chagee, beautea, Secret recipe, ZUS, Baskbear, CIMB, Mix store, and KFC nearby. Even if come back late also no need worry about the parking lots. Three levels, two lifts. Easy checkin. Hotel and room not too big, but just enough for one night stay. Clean room and comfortable mattress and pillows. Aircond is individual not centralised, easy to control and cold enough.

My revisit trip, for family event. This hotel offers clean rooms and toilets, reasonable size for this price range. Good parking facility. However, hotel required higher standard of noice insulation. Door might be thin that noises of people walking pass the door, cutleries banging noises during breakfast time were clearly heard.

Room is very clean, location is great, staff is so friendly. A lot of parking space. Near to a lot of shop.

I had a pleasant stay at Wellesley Hotel, Penang. The hotel has a nice, refreshing scent throughout, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining spots. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but it was still comfortable enough for a short stay.
