With I-385 only one mile away and sixteen miles to Downtown Greenville.
This newly renovated, family-friendly, 4-bedroom home comes with a fenced backyard, comfy beds, laundry room, and well-stocked kitchen.
Great home for family comfort! Guest have really enjoyed the fire pit, patio and lights relaxing in the evenings 😊

At Rainwood Escape you will enjoy:
· Four spacious bedrooms, all with new memory foam mattresses
· Two full bathrooms (one with a walk in shower the other with a tub/shower combo)
· Living and dining rooms with open floor plan and wood floors
· Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking and serving needs:
o Cuisinart 12 cup and single serve coffee maker
o Lofter Toaster
o Ninja blender
o Hand mixer
o GreenPan cookware set
· Back yard is complete with:
o Fully fenced-in yard and well-kept landscaping
o Patio area with tile top table with seating for six
o Gas grill with grilling tools
o Extra seating
o Fire pit (wood supplied)
o Hammock
o Play area and picnic table for young children
· Large front yard
· Parking for up to five cars
