Fantastic rustic but also modern villa with private pool, located within the town of Sineu. It can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 8 people.
The exterior area of this finca is absolutely spectacular. It features large areas of grass where you can sit to read a book or you can play with the family little ones pretending a picnic, for example. The great chlorine pool sizing 10 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.8 metres has an adjoined jacuzzi of cold water as well as an exterior shower. It is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and breathtaking views to the fields and the town. The best thing when the sun is on top is the wonderful porch with a large table and chairs to enjoy a delicious barbecue.
The two storey building is amazing. It is spacious, modern and very stylish. It offers two large living areas for your moments of relax, one of them with satellite TV, DVD and CD players and a charming wood stove between the stoned stripes. The kitchen, which is open to the dining area, offers a ceramic top, large countertops, and lots of cabinets as well as a bar with stools. This is the dream of any chef!!. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The 4 bedrooms of the house will ensure your deserved rest. The 4 of them come with a fan and a wardrobe but one which offers a walk-in closet. Two of them are located on the main floor, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed. A shower bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor, we find the other two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Both have access to a little terrace and offer an en-suite bathroom: one with a shower and the other with a hydro-massage bath and an independent shower. Two cots and two high chairs are available in case you come with your babies. The house is equipped with gas oil central heating.
