Harbour Ville Hotel - Hamilton stands at a good location in Singapore that makes it easy to travel around the city with nearby public transport as well as great finds for good cafes and restaurants. The aspect for improvement would really be the noise which can be heard from inside the room, affecting sleep quality and comfort during the stay.

I had the most disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was far from what was advertised. First, the room had a foul smell coming from the toilet that was unbearable. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to address the issue. To make matters worse, there was no hot water throughout my stay, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The service was abysmal. The staff were unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They not only failed to resolve my issues but also lied to the Trip.com agent when I raised a complaint. Instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, they tried to cover up their incompetence. The bed in my room was filthy, with visibly stained sheets and an overall unclean feel. I tried to overlook it initially, but after 6 hours stay, I woke up with a rash all over my skin. It was clear that the bedding was not properly cleaned or sanitized. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they barely acknowledged the issue and offered no meaningful solution. I ended up cutting my stay short and leaving, as I didn’t feel safe or comfortable sleeping there another night. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Save your money and avoid the frustration—stay somewhere else!

The staff were nice to answer our request for something lovely to celebrate my anniversary. Everything was great except our room had this weird smell which we couldn't seem to find out where it was coming from.

Last minute booking for 1 night at a reasonable SG price (just $100 plus) with nice hallways, a clean and cozy room (compact though and tiny space to pray) and a halal desserts place open right in front till wee hours of the morning!! Amazing coffee place right next door opens in the morning. 5mins walk to bus stops and mrt stations. Left my prayer wear and mat by accident and was able to contact via phone. Collected it back from the hotel even as late as a month later. So thankful.

Check in time is 3.00 pm, which is exceptionally late and to make matter worse check out time is 11.00 am. The is no hot water for bath for the 3 days that we are booked and the housekeeping does not refill the toilet rolls. There is no in house phone system for us to contact the front desk and after a tired day out, we went back to the room and finding no refill of toilet roll, we have to go down to the reception to ask the counter for it. Overall, it is a very bad experience for us.

Good to Stay

It was overall a good stay. If you are booking for a small room size you might feel is very small.

Not a friendly front desk professional., it's expensive for the service that they have provided. No difference between a room with and without windows.

Very clean neighborhood, and located near to multiple eating places. A short walk to the metro station, very convenient.

The only thing I like is the toilet the rest just so-so The room quite small and the tv is not smart tv. But what to expect. For that kind of price.

If only the bed could one piece instead of 2 pieces other than that everything else was great
