Super accommodating staff, clean common areas and dorm areas. Guests were very respectful of one another. Cosy room!

Jyu Capsule Hotel is very good. Capsule is clean and comfortable. There are many useful things in the capsule: Slippers, towel, earplugs, bottle of water. The common areas are very clean. The Location of the hotel is near the city center in Chinatown. This hotel is very comfortable for single traveler.

I was a little bit worried before coming because that was my first experience staying in a place that’s kind a hostel. But! I want to say that no need to worry. I arrived earlier than check-in time but the hotel had already contacted to me in the morning and told me that I can leave my luggage there. That’s what I did. A sweet friendly girl met me in the hotel and explained everything. The hotel is clean and nice. I was surprised but all people who stayed there were very quiet and nice! None of them made any troubled or loud sounds at nights! The hotel provided everything you need. The girls and boys that work there are very nice and friendly and ready to help you anytime! The location is sooo great!

The Hostel was in the middle of China Town, very close to the Metro Station. Everything was very clean and modern. Also at night it was extremely quiet. The Welcome-Kit included a small bottle of water, earplugs, house slippers, a towel and a toothbrush with toothpaste. There was also a free water dispenser and washing machines. The only thing was that the toilet/shower rooms were very humid so it was difficult to dry after showering and sometimes the showerrooms were already wet, but that was ok for me :) I enjoyed my stay in this tiny but clean and affordable capsule hotel and would come again :) (The Photo shows my capsule before check-out)

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Chinatown, a few minutes away from all the main MRT lines and walking distance all the main destinations.  Plenty of common space and facilities makes it a great destination for both, tourists and business travelers on a lower budget.

10/10 experience. Better than some hotels I’ve stayed at. Really prioritise cleanliness nd this hotel offers just that

Super clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. A local bakery and pastries called Leung Sang at next door is a must visit, their egg tart, bread, cookies are the best!! We just missed trying to get a massage from the 4th floor of this hotel. They say it's so popular among locals.

Great for solo trips. I've stayed here multiple times and felt satisfied most of the times. Clean, friendly staff, accommodating and great location. Would definitely book again!

Overall it’s a good experience ! Just that in the morning , it’s pretty noisy, as the staff ( 2 ladies ) were chatting pretty loud across the hall way and toilet. Can hear from the room early in the morning. Woke up by the same noise for 2 days in a row. Other than that, it’s clean and convenient :)

The room is clean. The location is in the heart of Chinatown. You can travel to any tourist locations in convenience.
