Quite small room despite having a kitchenette as layout is weird. toilet is slightly bigger than other value hotels. aircon wasnt cold for some reason and washing machine was down. Upper level rooms should be better staff were helpful as they provided towels even after 7pm

Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, just a few minutes walk away from MRT, bus stop right in front that goes to Orchard Road. Plenty of malls and eateries nearby.

The hotel is walking distance to East Coast Park which is good for morning exercise, watching sunrise/sunset and doing some activities at the beach. Clean hotel and had a great and cofmfortable stay.

Booked a family room for a night’s stay and the rooms comfortably fit 4 people. Each room had a toilet each. There is also a mini kitchen where we could prepare food. We brought our pet dog along for this staycation and we love that the premises and rooms are pet friendly. Service from check in to check out was seamless. Staff, Jhonna was really friendly and patiently answered all our queries.

I had a pleasant stay at ISA Apartment Hotel in Singapore. The staff were exceptional great, helpful, respectful, friendly, and welcoming. They promptly addressed any issues that arose; for instance, when the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was swiftly fixed after I reported it. Jhonna, in particular, was very responsive and quickly provided an iron when I needed one. However, I did encounter a downside: there were ants present throughout the apartment. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the excellent service provided by the staff.

The rooms are very small and there is totally no service staff at all.. totally not worth the money

We have stayed in your service apartment many times and this time we were assigned an upstairs room in which we felt it was much better lesser noise. THANKS TO JAMES for his SUPERB Services rendered to us . Not forgetting Ms Jhona she is pretty Efficient and Quick to her work and as always putting on a *Sweet smile even on a very busy day .. that makes guests like us feeling very comfortable and welcoming. KEEP IT UP ! BOTH JAMES AND JHONA SHOULD BE PROMOTED FOR THEIR HARD WORK.

Pretty convenient location. It is clean and tidy just that the sound proof isn’t as good but good thing is that it’s not noisy morning or night. We checked in at about 11pm but everything went smooth. The room we chose was a little small but I would recommend you to try it out nonetheless.
