Extremely disappointed with the poor service attitude displayed by the hotel staff toward my guests. The xenophobic behavior shown was unacceptable and resulted in an unnecessary misunderstanding and commotion.
Signage lacked multilingual clarity. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the staff escalated matters by using vulgar language, questioning my guests’ nationality, calling them “stupid,” and raising their voices. This unprofessional conduct was something I personally witnessed during check-in.
The situation could have been handled far more appropriately. I never expected to encounter such a disappointing experience, especially in a first-world country like Singapore.
This was truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Trip.com should remove them.
