It’s a budget-friendly place to stay. But if you’re looking for comfort, this is definitely not the best choice, since I found several cleaner hostels around the same price. The staff weren’t as bad as some of the reviews say. I arrived early and they even asked if I wanted to check in right away, which they kindly allowed.

No cleaning too much , location near restaurants and shops 2minutes walk to metro kallang mrt.

I stayed at Room Capsule Hotel for 3 nights and had a great short stay. The AC was nice and cool, which made a big difference after a day out. The bunk itself was comfortable and well-designed, with several cubbies and storage areas, plus a working locker for added security. Bathrooms were clean and there were enough of them to avoid waiting. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay—comfortable, practical, and well-organized.

Comfy single bed , with AC, don’t cover completely your capsul space or the AC will not enter, and you will eventually not have fresh air circulating inside the bed space. Safe place, the toilets could be more clean , but over for one night stay is still fine ✔️. Since the price cost is really cheap.

A great experience overall, save for a few minor hiccups: 1) Be prepared to handle self service check-in 2) Some “guests” get to be a little bit loud at times during the late hours (but that’s inevitable overall) Very good value for money experience, overall

Recommended my friend to stay here as I enjoyed staying here last year since the service provided is worth the money and the place is near and easily accessible with the MRT

I don’t recommend!!! Bathrooms smell really bad and floor is always wet. I tried to contact staff to help me with something at the front desk, but there was nobody there. I regret choosing this place

Very nice place and affordable price The room was very clean and comfortable However, a bath towel was not provided in my room and I asked reception to take it. No body soap was available inside the shower room

One of the better capsule hotels whether you’re on a budget or not. I may book it again when I go next year. There’s proper carpet and better cleanliness when I compare to another dorm hotel I was in. The AC stayed on which I didn’t really like since there wasn’t a window but it wasn’t bad at all. I was more comfortable here. I’m sure there might be better but based on my experience staying in 3 different budget accommodations this was the best. But you get what you pay for…keep that in mind and I also didn’t expect much but it was better than I expected.

Check in by one malay young man, very helpful and friendly, check in fast, have brief all location and offers lower bunk as per request. Total of 3 days 2 nights for this trip, Overall is find, just highlight few areas need to improve,. * hot water dispenser at level 1 and level 2 not function at all. * 3 in 1 coffee provided,nit tea, but without spoons. * bad got small bugs all over . * plug for light and charger should not be together. * towel with blood stain should check before the guests check in. Otherwise, it should be perfect , I will come back just because of the good service staff provided by your team.

For value of money, this capsul hotel is cheapest, with good location, just 15 minutes walk to National Stadium. Near with many restaurant, no need to worry about food. But that's it. Service just so so, bed's not clean, there is a blood stain, make me feel uncomfortable to sleep, plus the noise from snoring person. Got locker, but the lock is broken, so no point for locker. Security is very low, no lock from the outside door, anyone can enter without authorization. Have password for outside door, door entering the room, but malfunction, maybe only for display. Bring your own amenities, it's not supplied by the hotel. Check in and check put pretty easy, everything electronically and self service.
