Aloft Singapore Novena recensioner

Good location with ample amenities around thr area. Rooms are small, supplies basic but well kept. Particularly like to chill in the small pool. Thank you for the hospitality.

Overall very good except for the location.  However the shuttle bus to the Novena station runs regularly so should be no problem to get around.

Very clean and nice ambiance. So lucky to have a free bus to go to the MRT station.

Nice hotel. Location wise slightly away from mrt station, around 10-15 mins walk, however, plenty of bus stop by. Shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel with swimming pool and gym. Staff is nice.

They have two wings: the East Wing and the West Wing (which has bigger rooms). The front desk informed us that they could only upgrade us for the first night as they were fully booked on the second night , so we chose not to upgrade at all to avoid moving to another building . The hotel is right beside Zhongshan Mall. It’s a very small mall with just a few shops, but it’s enough. They have a McDonald’s, Starbucks, Toast Box, BreadTalk Bakery, FairPrice supermarket, and a Guardian pharmacy and I especially loved the serene garden .🌲🍂 The check-in process was exceptionally smooth and the staff was very helpful. Despite arriving late for breakfast with only 30 minutes left to eat, the chef was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us more food . Breakfast last call at 9:45am .  The only minor downside was that the room and bed were a bit smaller than expected, and if you turn too much, you might feel like you’ll fall off 🤣🤣. Aloft took over the building from two other hotels last June. Personally, I felt everything was great, except for the room itself ,which they can’t do much about. Price was on the steep side due to  F1 weekend.but overall, it was a delightful experience.💖

Very basic hotel, especially East Wing. Rooms and bathroom so small like in 2 stars hotels. This is not new hotel- only renovated. Breakfast just ok for that league

This was my second booking. I promise you it will be your perfect stay. Location is convenient, service is exceptional, food is amazing, rooms are thoroughly cleaned. There's also a park downstairs the hotel and a lovely restaurant for buffet dinner separate from where buffet breakfast is served. I paid 81 Singapore dollars for buffet dinner and my 11 and 5 year olds ate for free.

There are two buildings, connected to a common underground carpark. Good for travellers who are driving to take note and to go directly to the East or West wing as both buildings have receptions for check in/out. Overall, the space is new, the room is fairly small but comfortable, and has clean sheets and toilet/shower area. Allowed late check out around 1pm.

While the hotel is not located nearby a metro, it has a bus shuttle every 20-30 minutes to/from the nearest MRT. Service is top-notch and the staff aims to please. While the room is a little small, the cleanliness and accessibility to restaurants/food and convenient shops adequately compensate the room size. East or West Wing of the hotel makes little difference to us, although the pool is located only in the West Wing which is a separate building and only accessible by walking across the small park on the ground floor if you are staying on the East Wing. Both West and East Wing has a gym/fitness room each so it's convenient whichever Wing you stay.

stayed here and it was okay. would recommend as it’s good for the price but I had to walk quite far to get to the hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, scenic views, or any other notable feature, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

The breakfast is always my most important food of the day and I really like the variety of the food provided for the breakfast. It would be better if they had tomato juice, though. To the nearest MRT station, NOVENA, I take bus, of which station is located at the opposite side of Zhongshan Market, where the hotel is located. One thing which I noticed is the sound insulation is not perfect and I heard the neighbors talking.
