Great stay in ANDAZ hotel Singapore, located just above an MRT station with two lines, nearby kampong glam, and Bugis. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick by their friendly staffs. Clean rooms, great breakfast, pool with amazing view! 5/5

very god location and just on Bugis station. Easy to get to mall nearby and convenient store just downstairs.

Location near MRT so accessible to visit any places. Check in/out was fast attended courteous staff. Hotel room was spacious and children were happy. They play “hide and seek”and enjoyed watching horrors movies in the movie room at night. I was impressed by the the Amenities offered especially the sound system, hair dryer, coffee machine. Snack at the sunroom was a favourite for the children as it offered bite size snacks and drinks. We are well rested and enjoyed our stay at the hotel not forgetting to mention the great sea view offered and watched the new year fireworks display and sunrises. Cheers!

The room is big. The location is good. The staff is nice and the facilities is modern.

Suite was amazingly spacious! Love the complimentary mini bar. Aircon not cold enough if you pull down the sheer - because the room has long windows so Singapore heat does enter. Didn’t like the Singapore room slippers as it was cutting our feet. Preferred normal room slippers. On the eve of our wedding day, ordered room service but there was hair in the food. Reported to Guest Services and they offered to prepare a new meal plus a refund - we opted for just the refund. Other than the above, elevators are super fast! Breakfast was a spread. Highly recommend to try out the Suite. Staff were responsive and kind to our requests.

Loved my stay at Andaz! The room was spotless with stunning views, and the bidet was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had great variety, and the location was super convenient—direct access to the MRT and Bugis Mall from B3. I enjoyed it so much that I had to book one more night. Would definitely stay again!

Room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Love the minimalistic wooden design and the bed was very big and comfy. Nice complimentary refreshments upon check in. One minor inconvenience would be that the tv Chromecast only allows certain sources such as YouTube and Netflix so we couldn’t stream dramas from the internet browser. Breakfast was decent but variety could be improved. Wanted to use the lotion provided in the hotel toilet but it was empty, maybe this should have been checked before letting guests check in, but it’s a minor issue.

The services in hotel were excellent.

Nice breakfast spread, nice gym n swimming pool. Ok bed. Nice view from the room.

Very strategic location (above bugis mrt). Spacious, clean and modern room in the centre of main city area. All mini bar in the room is free and you can get refresher drinks till 10pm. The powder area and shower room are my fav, super clean and comfortabl. Will be back!
