Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena recensioner

There was some issue at check in. The hotel could not find my booking in their system. However, the hotel allowed me to check in first as it was late and tried to contact Trip.com to sort thgs out. All was good in the end. I am quite pleased w the overall handling. Food at breakfast had a good spread and was tasty.

The breakfast buffet was exactly the same over the 3 nights we stayed, with no variations at all. Gets too much of eating the same food. The front desk staff should offer a lot more friendlier services and be more customer friendly. Although i had written in earlier for some specific requests, looks like the hotel did not read it or look into it any earlier until my arrival, hence needing a very lenghty check in time. And yet after all the time spent of detailing the arrangements, there were still mistakes. For example pre purchased addl buffet breakfast was still charged walk in rates.

Front desk is very helpful however I called room service and the line will ring and then busy tone for an hour plus that’s why I decided to go down and seller my inquiry.

Gym was too small. Pool was not bad. The room did not have a sofa unlike the picture when i was booking…

The location is excellent, shopping mall & and mrt station is just next door. The only problem of the hotel is the bed is quite soft.

Good location, a tad small but clean and well equipped

It falls short compared to other Marriotts in different countries. It's somewhat disappointing, but at least the room is clean.

I was dissapointed that the amenities provided was not up to Hotel's Standard. The Hotel Toiletries seems tainted with chemical from a banned substance. The provided Towels which consists of Face Towel which they provide for 2 is tainted with chemical, which stung my skin complexion. The other Bath Towel looks like it have not been washed for more than 10 years with a washed-yellow look. Is this how a 4-Star Hotel stand for such a Poor Management? Where are the team of House-Keeping Staff for bringing such a blatant standard? Is it because they couldn't be bothered to take Hotel Cleanliness to a higher standard to win more stayers?

Great hotel! Solid stay! Amazing breakfast! It was fantastic staying here next time in Singapore!

The location is conveniently located near to Novena MRT and also shopping malls. The bed is comfy and the reception staffs are quite friendly. The view from the room is beautiful too.

Nice view and cozy feeling,the breakfast was perfect. Staff is so friendly

Nice view and room very clean too. Bed is comfortable and sofa is nice but the sofa table was unbalanced which caused it to be shaky. Curtains not automated though, you have to manual pull open and close it. Toilet has bidet which is a plus. Gyms is clean and well maintained with water and towels provided. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options with additional menu to order from. Overall it was still a very good stay.
