Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, an IHG Hotel recensioner

The room service is very poor. I try to call the front desk but no one answers and i call by my phone no one answers too. What happens if customers have emergency? If you wish to stay at the hotel. Don’t forget to request any thing at the front desk. The one stop call is completely useless😅

This was absolutely the best airport hotel in the world. It’s location is amazing with only a three minute walk from terminal three. It is super easy to catch a taxi into the city costing only about $25. The sound insulation of this hotel was very amazing. I would recommend anyone who has a layover of more than eight hours to stay at this hotel.

Had an amazing staycation here for our wedding anniversary celebration! Room was clean and comfy, equipped with everything that you may need. Appreciate the deco and little touches that the guest relations team did for our occasion! thank you and hope to be back again!

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. Perfect location, right at T3 terminal. Easy access to city center by train. Walking to Jewel.

Hotel is located next to Changi T3 which easily facilitates flight check in to the very last moment. Hotel room is big and comfy.

Booked for a staycation for my kids and they loved it! Was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and I really like the idea of filtered water dispenser from the tap instead of bottles. Will definitely book again in future.

Amazing views of the airport, very clean room, amazing and friendly staff. Right next to the Jewel! They took no deposit which was amazing and gave peace of mind. Would recommend!

The location is good with tropical decoration and atmosphere. Hotel room is much bigger than the same level hotels in downtown. It’s just a few minuites walk to Jewel Changi (water fall). You can go to terminal 2 by walk or by sky train easily. Overall, worth to spend a whole day there as an experience!

We choose a runway view room. It’s big enough for a family. The views should be more cheerful If live in higher floors. Overall, it’s nice experience and close to our boarding gate.

Gotten the highest floor of the hotel. Nice view of the airplane runway. Very clean and comfy room. Very convenient.

Booked a room with a runway view, but the staff said the room is “fully occupied” and offered me a so called “upgrade”. But the only reason I book this hotel is to do plane spotting so I rejected the “offer”. After insisting, the staff finally said he can find a room available. Other than that, the hotel is fine, excellent location and buffet breakfast . Will stay here again despite the not so satisfied check-in experience.
