Had a great staycation to celebrate Father’s Day. Very convenient location, in the heart of Orchard Road, just above the Somerset MRT station. The room is just nice. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows are slightly too soft. Love the infinity swimming pool. The breakfast spread also ok. Special shoutout to Mr Sathia at the reception counter for the great service he provided to us during check in time.

Location and room was nice, however, it is sad that i am unable to cast my phone to the tv and there was not enough hdmi cable in the hotel. Plus point for ice dispenser

Got a free upgrade to two king size bedroom. The club benefit was indeed great. Very satisfied with the amenities in the lounge. Finger food served is spoilt with choices. Loved the alcoholic drinks session. Buffer breakfast in the restaurant has wide spread. Will definitely come back

Nice customer service. Pleasant place for those that need to take a break from busy lifestyle. 😀

Good location,nice view at swimming pool area and buffet breakfast got a lot of choices

My room 1816 is abit smelly but my parents room is fine. But no one help with the luggage if u travel with elder really not recommend Other than that eth is fine

While it may not the grandeur of a traditional Shangri-la, its youthful energy and unbeatable location more than make up for it.

I had my SG trip with my family including my 2 year old son. + He had a great time in the hotel stay as the hotel environment is very warm and comfortable. + We are amazed with the breakfast buffet provided which has great variety of food. For examples they have noodles with laksa favor but the staff offered my toddler customized non spicy noodles. Improvement needed: - water leakage problem for my parent room - the kids robe loses many fiber to my son body and no kids essential provided ( eg toothpaste etc)

The housekeepers were very nice and always with a welcome smile. Even we went out late, they would tidy the room.

The room is big. The location is good. The staff can be nicer and the facilities can be modern.

No complains. We were surprised by complimentary wine and macaroon as it was our marriage registration day. 10 out of 10. The vending machine was giving me issue but the hotel promptly sent over the soda I ordered and put out a sticker on the machine fault. Nice hotel, great location.

Booked Hotel Jen to celebrate my husband birthday. Location: 5* as its superb near somerset mrt. Having a tough time to find hotel lobby but its just so near🤣🤣 after sorted out. Easy access to orchard gateway, orchard central and 313 somerset Staff Services: 5* , excellent service from all the staff from hotel Jen. I booked club king room hence 24hrs access club lounge , perfect unlimited coffee/teA/cookies refill! Stay hydrated and caffeine rushed Club king lounge with opened 24 hrs with different session buffet breakfast, brewling time in the afternoon (cakes and pastries), minor dinner buffet and alcoholic unlimited refill between 5.30-7.30pm awesome!!! Breakfast with limited choice but can still satisfy my tummy Overall , a good and decent stay which we will be coming back again for future celebration

This is a very nice hotel. Great location. Good breakfast options. Beds are comfy. Would come back at this hotel again.

The check-in counter was fast, and the check-in staff, Lily, was very patient and provided good service. I received an SMS to inform me that the room was ready. Room cleaner Xue Fang was very friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant had a long queue, but the wait was not too long. I stayed for two night 2 rooms with family and was happy with the hotel services.
