Booked Hotel Jen to celebrate my husband birthday. Location: 5* as its superb near somerset mrt. Having a tough time to find hotel lobby but its just so near🤣🤣 after sorted out. Easy access to orchard gateway, orchard central and 313 somerset Staff Services: 5* , excellent service from all the staff from hotel Jen. I booked club king room hence 24hrs access club lounge , perfect unlimited coffee/teA/cookies refill! Stay hydrated and caffeine rushed Club king lounge with opened 24 hrs with different session buffet breakfast, brewling time in the afternoon (cakes and pastries), minor dinner buffet and alcoholic unlimited refill between 5.30-7.30pm awesome!!! Breakfast with limited choice but can still satisfy my tummy Overall , a good and decent stay which we will be coming back again for future celebration

This is a very nice hotel. Great location. Good breakfast options. Beds are comfy. Would come back at this hotel again.

The check-in counter was fast, and the check-in staff, Lily, was very patient and provided good service. I received an SMS to inform me that the room was ready. Room cleaner Xue Fang was very friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant had a long queue, but the wait was not too long. I stayed for two night 2 rooms with family and was happy with the hotel services.

Easy access, kid and baby-friendly hotel, with provided complimentary parking (save us a total of SGD80 per day parking fee). It’s worth to Upgrade the staycation to Club Lounge.

Great location for traveller that live to shop! It’s literally middle of shopping area! Room abit small for the price, but overall a good stay!

It’s my first time to stay at Jens Hotel, and everything is organized from checkin to checkout. Requested to be put at high level floors, and I am given a room at the 20th floor.  The club lounge is also solemn.

On average business hotel-wise it is acceptable, good location, convenient transportation, service not good not bad to be improved.

Most convenient location and lots of place for food and shopping. Clean and spacious rooms Warm and friendly services.

It was a good and pleasant stay within the town. The services were tiptop, and they fulfil certain birthday request by the customer. The pool was nice too. Overall, its a good stay!

Had a very good executive lounge where one can sit back and enjoy the scenery and do your work with good high tea.

Room got changed and request was attended swiftly. There were times of emergency exit due to feeling unwell and hotel extended message whether to extend night there. Good follow-up for a reputable hotel.

What i like the most was the smiles i get to the housekeeping staffs everytime i go out my room...they were so friendly.. Food was delicious and have a wide range of selections..view was nice as well, the only thing i don't like is the choice of shampoo they provide, makes my hair so difficult to brush 😆 but overall..i like the hotel

Stayed at this hotel with wife and baby for staycation. Had a good night sleep as the room is good and clean. The hotel is next to somerset mrt and shopping malls, it is also very near to Orchard road walking street. Buffet food is good but we had to queue long time due to a crowd.
