Hotellet har ett bra läge och priset är rimligt. Rummen är små, vilket är acceptabelt för ensamresenärer. Men rummet jag bodde i var gammalt och smutsigt, med damm på bordet och ett äckligt badrum som hade mycket mögel. Toaletten var också smutsig. Jag rekommenderar att hotellet förbättrar städningen och överväger att byta toalett.

I wish the hotel had water dispenser. I love it when I arrived around 21.00 local time and got quick check in. Only need to show passport. Breakfast was good started from 07.30 local time till 09.30. Close to 7Eleven and not too far from MRT station. Air conditioner was OK but sometimes went off by itself even though there was no timer and need to be manually turned on. The electricity was bad. I experienced low voltage many times when I was trying to charge my mobile phone that resulting my mobile phone couldn't be charged properly.

We love to stay here stuff in this hotel is very kind y yesterday i ask the uncle if i can check in early because I will pick up my husband and the airport and i wanted to surprise him put a little but decorations he let me in earlier im so happy that’s why we always choose this hotel thank u so much and always clean tidy quiet and nice place its a high recomendations😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏😍🙏🙏

Cleanliness: 3/5. The first room we were given was clean on inspection but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked to change and the staff gave us a very clean room which smelled nice. However, I cannot give more than a 3 because of the initial room we were given. Location: 3/5. The location was good for us since it was in a part of town that we wanted to explore, however it is not in close proximity to an MRT station. Service: 5/5. I'll give the service 5 since they were very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Amenities: 5/5. The provide shower gel, shampoo and toothbrushes in the room and the breakfast was good with plenty of food still left, despite us going down only a few minutes before it ended. Booked at the best promotional price, offering great value for money with breakfast included, the hotel is just 10mins walk from Jalan besar mrt, the room is clean, overall experience was good.

Friendly staff, from reception to room service 🙏🏻 Room is relatively big for Singapore standard and the price. It's satisfactorily clean, with working air-conditioning and hot shower. Excellent location - close to all food, supermarket and bus terminal (to Johor Bahru)! Complimentary breakfast fills the stomach; don't expect gourmet food 😅

Size of the room is small but acceptable. The bed is comfortable but the air conditioner is a bit noisy and appears to be dusty. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurant nearby. 5-10 minute walking distance from the nearest MRT station. As it is raining almost everyday in Singapore, the acoustics have to be further improved as I was waken up by heavy rain one night due to the rain noise outside. Slippers are not provided but fresh bottled water is available everyday which is nice. Overall it is a budget and fair choice if you wish to stay close to city centre.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was fairly average. The location was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful upon check-in. Everything was ok but there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. Our fault that we did not report to management and request for a different room. We were just too tired from our day that we did not have the energy to switch. Hope they fix this.

Nice hotel nice view staff very good cleaning also very good breakfast time to time is nice every day they are changing the dishes I enjoy my stay there I hope next time I will would like to book the same hotel
