Nice and comfy room. Bed is on the definitely not on the soft side. Hotel breakfast is good.

There was a problem with the room, but the hotel put in incredible amounts of effort to promptly fix/resolve the issue. Our room was upgraded, gave us free breakfast buffet for eveyone on the trip with us for the remaining duration of the trip, room service, and endless apologies from hotel staff. They made us feel comfortable through it all. Even with the hiccup, I would definitely book marriott again.

Services? What services? Hotel is too old to attract high quality guest. Breakfast is like a war zone with guess fighting for foods. Nothing like Marriott hotel I know. Never mind, experienced it but will never return again.

The hotel is a bit old like no usb available for charging my phone. The breakfast is super super awesome. One of the best I have ever had. Delicious, wide variety.

This is our family’s favourite hotel in Singapore. Receptionist are extremely friendly and the breakfast at the hotel is amazing with lots of choices.

Enjoyed my stay, great location with friendly and helpful staff, especially the club lounge staff.

Simply awesome time here with my children. Didn't have any calls or visit, complaints on noises. Pardon me, with my SN child. It quite a noise. Thumbs up and we managed to swim at the pool. Great place!!!

Spaces room and great breakfast. Very convenience as so many malls are around the corner.

Hotel is right in the heart of Orchard area. The staff are very quick during check in and check out. The hotel is above the underpass that connects to the entire area as well as the metro. Great stay.

The room we got was spacious and clean. The only issue was that the shower wasn't working well. Service was good with friendly and accommodating staff.

Celebrated my birthday with a Staycation at Marriott. Booked it during the promo period, Deluxe room with club access. We reached the hotel early, wanted to check in and leave our stuff at the hotel before we go for our lunch. The check in was easy as there wasn’t a queue. It was only 11am, and they already have a room for us! I booked the package deal from Trip, but it was not stated in their system. Initially the staff didn’t want to give us the club access benefit, she insisted that the deluxe room does not come with it. (Even when I showed her my booking on the app) In the end she had to approach her manager, and the lady was very nice. Just asked me to email in the screenshot and they will extend the club benefit for us. Our room located at 7th floor, facing the pool and ION. Room size is perfect for 2 of us, bed is comfortable! Bathroom is huge but no bathtub. Club lounge, located at level 5, besides the swimming pool. There are wide variety of food and drinks. And they make sure they replenish the food when it’s empty. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. But I love their chocolate cookies! Breakfast was located at level 1, very crowded on a weekend. The highlight for us was their specialty omelette. We ordered a Chili crab and a mentaiko omelette. Overall is a decent stay. I love to eat, but the food there was not exactly impressive. Besides the cookie and omelette, there’s nothing else that capture my attention. Without the promo deal, i think is too expensive to stay there.

Breakfast quality was good but the selections of food in dinner buffet needs to be improved.

Booked this hotel several times for friend. Good hotel service.
