Bright Star Hotel recensioner

Receptionist not friendly at all. she said our booking can't be found Location not recommended Not gonna repeat this hotel !!

Trip.com pls take note the room is queen size bed not king size bed Given us a rrom that is near to the staircase which we ask for away from staircase. Midnight the other room with kids yelling n crying. Can't sleep n call the reception n the Malay lady ask which room n said there is no kids at all. Want me to go out of my room to check. This is ridiculous. How am I going to chk where the kids are. I am very sleepy. I call twice n the kids still shouting n crying. Until 12am to 1 am then stop. Not going to step into this hotel anymore. The man reception kept saying dun have king bed till I show him the app. Trip.con pls update in your system.tks

Relatively cheap but spacious hotel. Everything in singapore is expensive as it is the most expensive city in the world. 10-15mins walk to ajunued mrt station. Grab is very helpful to move around the city.

Average service and good location, easy to call taxi and a lot of food available near hotel.

Everything is clean. Near basic needs: restaurants, grocery, train (you need 10 minutes walking or depends how fast you are)

There is no lobby at the hotel, where you can sit and so on. The wi fi connection on the 5th floor very poor.

Friendly front desk, $10 deposit refundable. Nice hotel but a bit far from MRT better take grab if travelling with children. From changi Airport T3, we can take green line to Aljunied and few minutes walking from Arjunied to our Hotel.
