Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Lots of food options around the hotel. But sadly there's no free carpark provided

It was an enjoyable stay here - service was great, with friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel and rooms had a lovely Peranakan character throughout. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Hotel w nice peranakan feel. Baba chew brekkie also not bad. Fo staff Jiahui is nice. Jamie is very impatient. Look for Syed too

The service is great. Fast & efficient. The room is clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Check in is quick. Special rquests are provided and not forgotten. Great location in Katong. Just beside i12 and near bus stops.

The room was nice. But the gym are small. Also, I was confirmed I can stay at the same room during my check in as I have separated two bookings. The next day morning I need to rush for packing my luggage to change my room to the next flat. Bad experience.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was great. The check-in time was at 3 pm but the receptionist let us check-in at 2:40 pm. The room was very big and there were two toilets which was convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV had nice channels like Cartoon Network which my kids loved. The sofa was soft and comfy too. The hotel was also near East Coast and my kids had a fun time there. There were also many malls and restaurants near the hotel which was extremely convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Love the decoration and very thoughtful furnishings. The cookie ice cream at the lobby is great, the complimentary sweets and coffee are great. Service is awesome too. A real hidden gem

Great location! 5 minutes from the Metro. It is like being in a village in the heart of the city with small boutiques all around you, many interesting restaurants and very friendly people.

No king size bed even remarked ahead of time and we were already there long enough before the official check in time to request. I felt I was treated differently because I made my reservation from Ctrip instead of their official website. Very poor experience
