It was my second time to stay at this hotel. Definitely I will back again to stay Good location Nice room Many facilities around the hotel

Hotel is spacious and clean. We managed to get a free upgrade upon checking in when there are no double beds available on a Saturday afternoon. We managed to get a quiet room in the corner. Here to celebrate my birthday, but have to call a few times before our call gets answered. The complimentary cake was sent up upon our second call after 30 mins of wait. Perhaps it’s a weekend & the staff were busy. To be fair, the time allocated to send the cake was 5-7pm but we were too hungry and went out to explore and came back at about 7.35pm. As we booked our stay via Trip, check out was hassle free. Location wise, it is really convenient as it is just opposite Chjmes and Raffles City and in between Bras Basar stations and City Hall Station. All within 5 mins walking distance. It’s a nice hotel to unwind and relax as the beds were comfy with ample pillows. I was well rested.

This is my third visit to the Carlton Hotel Singapore. Location is perfect. Very convenient to get around the country.  the rooms have been aged for quite a while, but considering that is Singapore I think it’s quite OK.  The price fluctuates a lot during the year because the last time I booked I paid close to 350 Singapore dollar for one room one night this time I only paid around 200 so the price can be double times more expensive depending on when you’re visiting the country. M

Nice location, Nice service and nice price. One thing bad was the temperature of pool. It was icy water.

so smelly room that i couldnt sleep even 1hour and i was bitten by insects in thw room that i have bewn staying. i feel like bed bugs so i had a terrible memory about this hotel plz remind and think one more before you book this hotel

Was lucky to have an upgrade from Executive to Premier room! Facilities were great. Staff were friendly. Location is good because it's near Raffles City Shopping Centre. Breakfast was average but still enjoyable. Would return again when can :)

The Carlton hotel Singapore location is perfect very convenient to get around the city. Hotel is spacious and clean, the facilities are good , the lobby is beautiful. The raffles city is just across the street.and you can check out all kinds of delicious food.the subway is directly accessible and citywalk is so convenient to go everywhere.i probably choose to stay here next time. Staffs are nice friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Carlton hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked an executive room and I was given a free upgrade to a premier room! The room had a great view of the city. Room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff was professional and fulfilled my request for late check out at 1pm and to get a complimentary parking coupon. Housekeeping lady was very polite and cheerful. Overall a very wonderful staycation and I will definitely come again!

Best location for my set schedule, …5 star hotel, but staff service level feels below 3 star. I recommend you go without expectation.🙏🏻
