Its the dirtiest hotel in singapore I’ve ever stayed in. Room was mouldy, dirt and dust everywhere, the elevator took so long and theres just one elevator for all hotel guests to take from the lobby to the rooms. It smells, its so run down and there are stains everywhere. I am so unhappy with this stay, thanked God it was just for one night!! I developed bad rashes due to the amount of dust just over a nights stay. Really gross and overpriced for a stay that is so shabby and unsanitary

PUT ATTENTION TO MY REVIEW, DON'T STAY ON THIS HOTEL!! HAVE BUGS, RATS, DIRTY, AND THEY EVEN AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMED WE WILL STAY 1 OF THE 4 NIGHTS THAT WE PAID THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE A PARTIAL PAYMENT!!!, THE STAFF IS LIKE PEOPLE FROM THE STREET AND THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT EVEN WORKING! ON SINGAPORE!!!!! THIS IS THE KIND OF HOTEL THAT I CANNOT NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE SINGAPOREAN AUTHORITIES ALLOWS THIS KIND OF PLACES TO EXIST, FOLLOWING TO MY REVIEW I WILL PLACE A FORMAL COMPLAIN TO SANITARY AUTHORITIES BECAUSE IS NOT ONLY RISKY IS TOTALLY UNSAFE FOR ANYONE TO STAY HERE! WORST THING IS COST LIKE 100 USD!!! AGAIN, DON'T STAY HERE, NEVER IN YOUR LIFE, LOOK FOR ANY OTHER CHEAP OPTIONS IN SINGAPORE!

Our room smelled like poop and we were really unhappy. We asked to change rooms right away, but they couldn't. All they gave us was air freshener, which didn't help at all – the smell stayed. It was a big disappointment. Don't stay at this hotel. You can find much better places for the same price. On top of the poop smell, our room had connected doors to the next room. This meant we could hear everything – all the loud talking and noise. It was really hard to relax. And the room itself was just so old and dirty. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned well in ages. All these things together made our stay a huge disappointment. Seriously, avoid this place.

Althought the hotel looks a bit old, but most facilities still well-maintained and the location of the hotel is so convenient.

The hotel is very closed to the center. We booked grab all the time but i see buses near Bencoolen. The breakfast is okay , i mean it is better than the last time my sister stayed there post pandemic.

When we stepped in the room , the room is not clean . Toilet flush bottom was fully pressed and cannot lift up the button . So the toilet bowl was automatically flushing the water and dropping like water fall. The air con is not cool and very stuffy. Once i complained to reception , they adjusted from their system but it was the same and no changes . Even the corridor ventilation is better than my room . Then i go complained again to reception . You know what did they say ? They said that they will provide the portable air cooler . What the **** is that? i paid money and stay at the hotel , not to suffer this kinds of stupid this thing . I was just ******* patient , took that and checked out at next day. I was asked them to change the room and all the rooms was full. The Building is also ******* old and better to destroy and build new one. Avoid this ******* stupid Hotel !!!

Excellent location next to the MRT! Clean, comfortable, and affordable

Hotel is decent, and with the free breakfast, it really is a deal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Just need to upgrade their breakfast

Very good location

Good: staff are very friendly, good location for price, has breakfast option although it's simple, bathroom is very clean, bed (double bed) is comfortable, aircon works great to make comfortable and cold Bad: some slight mould on the walls in main room of bedroom, elevators abit slow, breakfast dining area is small so crowded during peak times but can usually find a seat besides someone. Overall, Its okay except mould on upper ceiling
