Bedsheets really dirty and feel itchy. And staff refused to change Bedsheets.. staff tod me Sunday no change Bedsheets? Omg

Pillow dirty Small hair in the bedsheets Means is not clean when change the Custmers . I complain looks is normal (don’t care) Next morning they keep my previous toothpaste and toothbrush to use again .

We stayed there with my friend for 2 nights Yet they just gave us two pieces of coffee. Maybe next time you can give some options like tea also. Thank you.

Water pressure is very good. Bus stop and shops are nearby, walking distance.

I stayed at the Hotel 81 Premier Hollywood for lady Gaga from May 24-26. The hotel its self was 3/10, which I knew before checking in based on what I say. As it was a concert and the location was near the venue I figured it should be fine. I arrived around 4:30 in the morning, the front desk agent LESTER checked me in, he had a terrible attitude and just basically threw the key on the counter. (Not sure what I did to him) I guessed it was early in the morning so understandably he may have been tired. However when I checked out, he also had the terrible attitude. Lester is not good for business. Everyone else I dealt with at the hotel was beyond friendly and nice, however Lester left a horrible impression and isn’t a good representation of a guest service representative. If he confirmed to work then he should definitely take a course in customer service. 🤦🏽♂️

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to others—especially Singapore residents. I arrived at 11:30 PM with both my passport and Singpass digital ID, which is a government-recognized substitute for the physical NRIC card. However, the hotel refused to check me in solely because I didn’t have the physical card, even after I explained and asked multiple times if there was any alternative. They were completely inflexible and unhelpful. This requirement was never mentioned anywhere on the hotel listing or during the booking process. I had no way of knowing in advance, and as a result, I was forced to leave in the middle of the night and lost the money I paid for the booking. This experience was not only inconvenient and stressful, but also extremely disappointing. Hotels should not impose unreasonable, unpublished policies and turn guests away for no valid reason. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation.

Such a weird experience that don't have Housekeeping service on Sunday. We stay there Sat & Sun night but don't have room service on Sunday morning 😅 Such a terrible experience I've ever met.
