Park Avenue Rochester recensioner

I had an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The opposite of the assigned room was the school under construction, because it was too close and noisy. I discussed with the counter staff to change a room, but it was still next door, and the environment was still very noisy. The hotel staff did not solve the problem. I had to ask for an upgrade to the room by myself, and I also needed to pay. It is unreasonable for the hotel to upgrade by itself without solving the customer's problem. After this experience, this hotel left me with a regretful experience. Bad review.

Our stay is one of the best experience. We usually book 3to5x per year staycation and for a basic or deluxe room their amenities are the best. Guarenteed that we will come back again as I book my birthday on October for staycation and we are going to try the suite room this time. staff are friendly and accomodating. MS. KIMBERLY from the front desk is pretty and helpful! She accepted us with a warm and beaming smile. Love this hotel and great location as well very near to MRT, mall and to our local church. Thank you so much

Overall stay was alright, fridge was unusable because the previous tenants left either spoiled yoghurt or milk and the smell was quite bad even after staff cleaned it once. There were stains on the wall as well and on the floor, but can't confirm what they were. Wooden window seat turned our tissue yellow when we wiped it, not sure if it was the laminate, but concerning. Other than that the idea of not using bottled water but offering a seperate filtered tap next to the sink tap in the bathroom was a neat idea, water tasted absolutely fine. And the bedroom itself was gorgeous, though it does feel dated for sure.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Park Avenue Rochester Hotel during New Year's Eve. The service was excellent, and the staff, including the security personnel on duty on both December 31st and January 1st, were amazing. From the moment I emailed to make a special request until the moment I checked out, everything was handled perfectly. The hotel accommodated our requests, and we were given a room with a fantastic view facing the residences and Star Vista Mall. The pool area was breathtaking, surrounded by beautifully maintained plants that created a relaxing ambiance. The hotel's location is also very convenient, within walking distance of Star Vista Mall and the MRT station. The malls nearby offer a variety of Halal food options, which was a huge plus for me. I received complimentary breakfast for two, but unfortunately, it wasn’t Halal-certified. Perhaps the hotel could consider introducing Halal bento meals in the future to cater to more guests. Just a suggestion! Overall, my experience at Park Avenue Rochester Hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Perfect service, great location, and a memorable stay! Thank you!
