The Westin Singapore recensioner

Slightly tired property (such as some cracks in parts of bathroom tiles) but it was well located for the places we wanted to go to.

Very nice hotel with a good location. Walking distance to nearby hawker Lau Pa Sat and also Food Garden which is in the same building. Got a view of Marina Bay so I could watch NYE fireworks right from inside the hotel room.

The hotel was quiet including the lobby even during the daytime and the rooms were huge and clean we especially love the widespread variety of food during the breakfast buffet

fire alarm going off at 1am - not sure if there is anything the hotel can do about it though.

Business type room, nothing special. Best thing is location that we could go everywhere in 10-15 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and we'll designed with a lot of refined toiletries products. The location is great (central), walking distance from marina bay and lots of food solutions around the block. Would totally recommend it!

My second stay in this hotel. Mrt station is just downstair so very convenient for tourists. Weekend will be very quiet and hardly any food nearby unless you walk or order in. Room was huge and have a nice view! Was surprised that Westin has not many paid channels on the TV. Maybe time to add in netfix. Pool has a lovely view and make sure you bring along your sunblock. Hotel breakfast has improved as compared to previous time. Any minus points? Well The two front desk ladies were a-bit cold during the check-in. No smile at all and was not that “willing” to issue me a parking coupon which ultimately my guy said he would pay for the parking. Thank goodness, i did not see them when i check out. Instead , its the same guy who checked me in the previous time! He still remembered me! Good memory! Thank you Mr Bobby Chan for your warm smile that made me feel welcome to book the hotel again!

Hotel room itself was fantastic - clean, spacious, beautiful, comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too, and special thanks to the staff Bryan Liow for his exceptional service! But the front desk staff were a little unpleasant to deal with. Also the room we booked said harbor / bay view but our room had literally no view (it faced another building and the pool) so that was quite disappointing.

Thought can see the NDP fireworks in the rooms but my wife n her friend were disappointed when couldn’t see at all from the hotel room nor the outdoor swimming pool even I have booked a room stated bay view deluxe king room

We like the breakfast, have many choices. The hotel is near the MRT, very convenient. The hotel doesn’t provide bottle water, but filtered water. if you have sensitive stomach, i suggest you to buy bottle water. Myself got a bit upset stomach.

very convenient location, with 2 mrt stations neaeby, and a bus station. Also 20min walking distance to Marina Bay / Chinatown.

Service was good. Place was clean with nice window views. Restaurant gave a panaromic view of the environment. I liked the complimentary aroma spray - unique touch from this hotel!
