The location is great as expected and rooms were decent sized in a family room. Unfortunately, there is nothing more positive to say about the property. Some “love” is needed in every corner of the property. Very unclean and hundreds of cockroaches everywhere in the property. I had to buy insect spray to kill them after the reception staff said they ran out 😰 The toilet/bathrooms are terribly dirty despite good sized. They never get cleaned. Sinks are mouldy (yuck). Towels are very bad condition as they have passed their time long ago. Couple of the towels were torn badly. The property has great potential but it is under bad management. It needs some love and care.

Roaches problem, Wi-Fi problem (The following is me stating facts and some opinions, no hate) They definitely have to fix the roaches problem ASAP, although it's not the big type of roaches, it was just TOO many of them, I killed no less than 12 roaches during my 2-night stay. I think they came from some cracks on the wall or on the floor, that's why they kept showing up in my room. They were everywhere, they would be in the sink, on the desk and wall, would go into my laundry bag, and even on my bed multiple times, can't sleep with peace of mind as I fear they would crawl into my mouth or ears when I'm sleeping. The hotel has insufficient supply of bug spray, so I had to buy one at my own cost, I left it with the hotel as I checked out. The corridor of the floor I was staying at has an unpleasant smell, it's the mix of smells of food, smelly clothes and socks, and rubbish, or simply, boys' dormitory, if that helps you relate. On the other hand, Wi-Fi was unstable, the hotel did not deliver the promise of providing me a room with stable internet connection. I had to go to the lobby, or nearby cafes to get strong Wi-Fi, very inconvenient. In short, I'm dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience during my stay, and I hope the hotel can improve soon.

Run down place but location made up for it a little. The amenities are lacking.

The hotel I stayed at left a very poor impression. The room was grubby, damp, and infested with mold, making it extremely uncomfortable. The walls were a grimy black, likely due to years of neglect, and the stench of stale food was overpowering. The service at the hotel was also extremely disappointing. The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no water available in our room, which made basic hygiene a challenge. We attempted to leave early and check out, but they only relocated us to a different room, which still had unhygienic conditions. Cockroaches were crawling around the room, adding insult to injury. Moreover, there were various technical issues that made our stay even more unbearable. The Wi-Fi on the fourth floor was nonfunctional, and we encountered water supply interruptions as well as card access and maintenance problems. After lodging a complaint, the staff's attitude improved slightly, and they even helped us arrange a taxi to transport us to our next destination. However, despite the improvements, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay, you'd be better off staying somewhere else that provides cleanliness and comfort. Avoid this establishment at all costs! The pictures when booking are not something you can rely on .

Worst hotel...Near to shopping centre bt no cleanliness no hygiene... Even a hostel in SG is clean.. Direct point of view

Good in everything

The hotel, toilet and room or everything was very dirty. They put the rubbish in front of my front on left side. It was my very time staying at this kind of hotel. But it is just my opinion as hotel room is very expensive but I recommend hotel like Ibis budget singapore as the price was lower and the room was very clean
