Great location, nice room and good service. Edmar, Ryan and Divina helped me a lot on chat during stay till late at night. Very good access to the Lion and some bus stops around. You can walk 5min to MRT station. Late at night it is a kind of drinking place around but inside of building there has no particular noise.

The hotel is good to stay for holiday. Location good near to MRT. Room clean and New. All staff(Loc, Ryan, Divina) kind good service and promptly support.

The impeccable service and hospitality of the Heritage Collection on Boat Quay's staff made mine retreat most enjoyable. I were very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff from the planing stage till the end of my retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. Thumb up!

I booked a different kind of experience for my partner's birthday celebration this year, as I want to deviate from the typical hotel stay. Despite my partner initial skepticism about the location and place😂 To his pleasant surprise upon entering the room, he found that he thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the distinctive concept, especially the breathtaking view by the river facing Marina Bay Sands, along with a cozy patio to relax and soak in the scenery, made it feel like a mini vacation for him. The loft was incredibly cozy and well-equipped, with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, utensils, wine glass and more. All you needed to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste-They do not provide that. Make sure to follow the instructions before checking in. I was guided by Loc and the team, who was very attentive and helpful 👍👍 I would say it's a good location, especially with its convenient access to the MRT and surrounded by numerous eateries, bars and restaurants. Despite being aware of the "location," I hoped that since it was a Monday, the noise wouldn't be too bad at night. I figured it would be quiet down by midnight, or at most 1am? However, I was completely wrong. The bar next door inexplicably increased the volume of their music until 4 am in the morning. Regrettably, my partner and I struggled to have a restful night's sleep. Therefore, anyone who is a light sleeper should avoid this place or consider bringing your own earbuds. Alternatively, you could opt for a room facing away from the front view, maybe it would be less noisy. In general, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd consider trying out this chain again, but perhaps at a different location.😉

Well Furnished, Clean and Beautiful. The Hotel is easy to get to. Laundry Services are a boon but the best thing about the place is the service provided by the staff. Thank you Edmar, Divina and Nica for the wonderful and constant support given!
