Amrise Hotel Kitchener recensioner

The old towels and slippery bathroom floor prevented me from giving it a full score. The air conditioner is old and loud but not cool even when set to the lowest temperature.

The lightings were a little dim especially at the desk area even with the blinds up at the window. There was no additional light switch and I can’t really do my work! Gotten noisy neighbours with children who seemed to want to attract attention all the time! Could hear them so clearly from their room and extremely loud especially just outside my room! How unfortunate! All else were acceptable. Thank you.

Cool place and one among the good property in Singapore who is looking for mid range budget stays as everyone knows Singapore accommodations is so expensive compared other countries. So this a recommended place and hotel for budget

The service by the kind receptionist was amazing. The TV in our room had issues, and he immediately set up a change of rooms for us without any hassle. Afterwards, I also requested an ironing set, and he fetched it upstairs for us. The rooms we stayed in were so clean as well. Really grateful for the service here!

The hotel doesn’t look like in pictures. When first opened the door, there’s a strong foul stench! Toilet is dirty, moulds are visible everywhere! Unchange toilet curtain n blind, tv no sound when we wanted to call the receptionist, the phone had no line and we had to do the technical work and it was so dusty! Aircon not cleaned, thick dust and guess what the list goes on *sigh*

The room was not available upon check in time. Was told that only after 8pm then I can check in this room type. I was given a lower room type. Felt cheated paying so much to get rubbish! Dirty rooms with condom under bed! Overpriced not worth.

This place sacrifices cleanliness, but if you are okay with that, then the location is decent. Corridors leading to your room will have smoky, stale air. The bathtub area has a moldy sunshade and no view, although the water pressure is excellent. Overall, not great not terrible, just about liveable for a day or two.

One major downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear conversations and noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was a bit disappointing, especially since the rest of the stay was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, but if you're someone who values peace and quiet during your stay, you might find this a bit disruptive. Hopefully, they can address this issue in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying at Amrise Hotel Kitchener, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel’s modern, minimalist design was both stylish and functional, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

This is worst experience in life with this hotel ; very dirty ; stupid staff and arrogant manager. Very dirty and non hygienic environment. Pls avoid.

when you sleep half way, the wall paper will just drop on your head, very dangerous to stay in, do not even book this hotel again

As value of money, this is good hotel at this area, Good location, cordial & helpful staff, cleanness more over good experience.
