What a fantastic and accomodating staff (Divina, Mae & Gracie). It was indeed a reastful and amazing place to stay. I will definitely come back to this place and refer to my friends. Highly rexommended!!!

This hotel is very recommendable. at first you will think that it’s very hard to check in especially if you are not a techie person. suprisingly that they have a ambassdress inside name divina. she is very very polite, entertaining and helpful. and they also a very responsive csr name gracie and mae 24/7 when you need something. im very much interested to stay long but unfortunately it was fully booked. my 2 night stay was a perfect for me 😘

This hotel is definitely the best thing that’s ever happened during this trip! This is my very first time travelling abroad by myself and i was lowkey nervous! However everything just went so smoothly. I prefer small and compact room which kinda makes me feel secured and safer and this room just hits perfect for me. The room is well-equipped with microwave and fridge and free laundry + drying service is also very convenient. I want to give a shoutout to Mae, Shannen, Ryan and Divina for all the hard work and great help especially when I forgot my phone and was not able to unlock my room at late night. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve ever got the chance to travel alone in SG and also prefer smaller rooms like me!

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

Had a lovely stay at heritage collection on arab. The location is very strategic and although the room is small, the amenities are complete. Divina & Anj were really responsive and great at giving us instructions :)

Location is in Arab street! Very good, many things to eat to see,etc not super clean but still ok coz in the floor still had dust and hair. Toilet is clean. Staff were nice. Bed is very comfortable. If I back to SG I will stay in this hotel again for sure or try other location of heritage collection, Recommend!!

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!

Its nice experiences to stay in the middle of tourist area. Easy to access masjid dultan n halal food around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on Arab Street, within walking distance to transportation and a variety of eateries, making it ideal for solo travelers.
