Booked a pool access room thinking it might be great to have a pool directly outside your room but the terms of using the pool is limited to 1 hour per room per day and booking must be made in order to use it. And the pool facing was directly opposite a HDB flat with hundreds of residents seeing the pool directly , there's no privacy for using the pool.

One of the best vacation destinations and this hotel and staff make it easy and convenient and memorable friendly experience, highly recommended and the staff are AMAZING Always willing to help and give information. Thank you for your hospitality

We got the last room and it was literally near the office/pantry and its kinda like no privacy until i close the door and they stuck foam for soundproof !! I find it cool and I had to shift the table near the door because its taking up walking space between the bed to the toilet but overall , i love the pool ❤️

Trying out this.hotel stay for the first-time at a unexpected location with my family. And turns out quite fun! Explore areas that we normally won't go often and understand some heritage buildings. Hotel room is small but comfortable, not too bad Thw design of the hotel is exquisite.

I was dissapointed of my stay there. I got a FREE UPGRADE of a room, the corner unit on the 4th Floor that doesn't allow me to think and act clearly. I believe I was mapped by the Room Structure. I called Reception, by the Name of Siti to relay the problem. She mention that there wasn't any room available according to my suitability. In the end, I only stayed for 1 and a half hours, instead of a full-night stay there. I left the hotel in a hasty, frustrated on the inflexibility of such an arrangement there. Are they try to monetize on me for being a regular stayer? I also did check-out 2 days earlier for the lack of compassion and rigidness of my previoud stay there. Is Nuve Management Group that bad? Are they try to CON money from hard-working Singapore Citizens? Are they Foreigners on a work-based basis, for the thought of scouring money just like that? Management, please wake up to your senses. Offer me the FULL REFUND or else risk the hotel close down.

The location is great, however the room was a little bit dirty. We only realised it after 2 nights there. There was a lot of hair under the bedsheet.

A really great stay, managed to get very early check in with our suite room prepped. The check in and check out was very seamless and quick. Loved the room alot, clean and spacious. Amenities were refilled daily. Overall a very nice stay, would definitely come again. Only issue was that the TV was not able to connect to the wifi, which made us get a separate hdmi to type c cable to connect to my ipad.

It's not often that everything feels right from the first minute when checking in until leaving the hotel hours after check out. Also I like the environment. Not far to the Metro, China Town, Little India and the attractions in Marina Bay. Highly recommended. ..
