Orchard Hotel Singapore recensioner

The receptionist was very unfriendly and made us search for our booking reference when she could see our confirmed booking on her screen. The whole waiting period was unnecessary when she could simply check us in based on my IC for verification. The room she gave us was so smelly that we had to request for an immediate change of room. A male receptionist who entertained us, gave us a QC checked room. All I can say is the room stay was pleasant being a spacious room and the breakfast was excellent. We will return for sure but I'm not gonna stay cool the next time round. Next time, don't leave us hanging!

Amazing stay at Orchard Hotel Singapore! The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean, and the service was outstanding. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location at the beginning of the orchard road. Free from noise and yet easy access to shopping and foods along the orchard road.

Curt and rude staff. Clearly profiling customers. Staff should be taught to ask questions nicely. Check in took too long....10 mins per customer. I waited 26 min being 3rd in line. Was raining and the water was coming through thr window. Bed was creaky, soap dispenser fell off the wall. I used to love this hotel but quite disappointed either the recent experience.

Good hotel to stay and easy to go shopping if you like.

Very good location , with good price

Floor in the room quite sticky can’t walk without slipper and dust everywhere on the corners we book room for 3 adults but have only 2 slippers , Widow never clean dirty as show on picture. Location is great walking to shopping center . Refrigerator is small as in picture.Hopefully my review for this hotel will be useful.

Good experience at the hotel. We are provided with an upgrade of our room and late check out. Overall experience is good. Lobby is decorated with Christmas trees and Santa Claus. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Great family staycation. Walk about 10mins to the best shopping centre in Singapore. Love the Christmas street lighting during Nov and Dec

Good location - close to ION Mall Staff is great. There is a supermarket within the hotel complex, and it is convenient

Not a baby friendly hotel. Without baby toilet seat (even portable). Couldn’t provide anything to prevent baby falling from the bed (no railing and no extra pillow / mattress couldn’t be provided).
