Excellent experience! The team at the desk was lovely, and so was the waitress at the breakfast. Probably the smallest room we've ever stayed at, but it had everything we needed and was super comfortable as well. Everything was clean and in perfect working other, except for the fridge that was warmer inside than the room, but it didn't bother us. Gym is super modern and great if you are looking for cardio, not great for any weight exercises. Laundrette is in the same space, which was great managed to get our clothes washed during the workout. Self-service luggage storage is a great option as well. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We would not bother again. There was a great breakfast place just across the road with much better value for money. Overall 10/10 We would highly recommend and will definitely be back on our next visit to Singapore

Stayed at lyf Bugis Singapore and had a pleasant experience. The room is small but very clean, with strong air conditioning and good water pressure for both hot and cold showers. Most amenities need to be requested from the front desk, but the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Drinking water is available from a dispenser on Level 2. The toilets are well-maintained and clean, so no worries there. The best part of this hotel is its fantastic location—the LRT and bus stations are nearby, and there are plenty of food options all around. Definitely a great choice for convenience!

I cannot believe this place is advertised as a 4-star hotel—it’s a disgraceful misrepresentation. For ~$200 a night, you get absolutely nothing of value. This is nothing more than a depressing shoebox of a room, and it’s shocking to think anyone could rate this as a premium stay. Here are just a few of the many issues: - The room is so small you can barely move or walk. - No cupboard for storage—where are you supposed to put your belongings? - No room service or intercom. Wow can you imagine? - No balcony, and the window doesn’t even open. - No basic amenities like a coffee/tea maker, complimentary water bottles, or even a fridge. - No mini bar or any facilities worth mentioning. - The lobby is tiny, dirty, smelly, and getting luggage to your room is a struggle. - The lifts are excruciatingly slow, with long wait times. - There's noises of people in lobby and other rooms. - The washbasin is ridiculously small, and there’s no space to move around in the bathroom and no exhaust so it's always damp and moist. - A small TV with no free to air channels and even the cast didn't work first night. This hotel offers none of the essentials you’d expect, let alone the comforts of a 4-star property. It’s beyond disappointing and feels like an outright scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Very nice location and walking distance to main attractions

I’ve stayed at another Lyf property - One North - previously, so I expected the tiny room and general level of amenities. This property is better located. However the rooms here are not only tiny but poorly designed, making it impossible to get around without stepping over a suitcase. What was worse, however, was the cleanliness and feel of the room. Lyf only cleans the room every few days, which is fine, but after the room was “cleaned”, I returned to find an obvious blood stain right at the top of the sheets, in a way that was impossible to miss. The sink didn’t drain properly, taking upwards of 10 min to empty. The light switches, if pressed in the wrong order, turn off all the power in the room for a couple of minutes before switching back on. The WiFi is unreliable. When I was checking out and shared my unhappiness with the room, showing the bloodstain to the front desk staff, she acted unsurprised, apologized half heartedly, and said goodbye. Disappointing overall.
