Spacious room with unique square bathtub that can fit two. Shower has a massage feature and washroom has a filtered drinking water feature. Generally clean and has lounge access. Only 3 timing for club lounge and alcoholic drinks only inclusive during evening canapés hours.

We received excellent service from reception which made checking in and out a breeze. Room was clean and spacious. It came with a coffee machine and quality teas for our convenience.  Pan Pacific was conveniently located next to Suntec, Marina Square and Millenia Walk. There was also a huge selection of eateries in the area, you just need good shoes for walking. Easy access to both Promenade and Esplanade Stations.

Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and they gave complimentary cake for my birthday. Thank you Pan Pacific!

Very convenient, located directly above all the malls with short walking distance to suntec city, millennia walk and marina square. Small kids room which the kids still managed to entertain themselves. Breakfast was great with good variety of choices.

It was a very nice stay! The service was excellent throughout with super convenient location. We enjoyed the amenities very much and will come back again in future

Great hotel :) Fast & easy check in, shout out to Jonathan, who served us & and accommodated our request. The hotel surprised us with a small cake to celebrate my birthday :) Super kids friendly with a kids club room at level 4, my 5 years old & 1 year old child enjoyed themselves very much! Will recommend to my friends..

Service was top notch from the start till the end of our hotel stay! We were greeted by Harvi, who was very friendly and helpful. Upon knowing that we were having our anniversary celebration, he gave us a room upgrade and complimentary cake for us to celebrate. The room was very clean and cosy as well! We had a wonderful and memorable stay thanks to Harvi :)

I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a stunning view of the harbor that truly showcased the hotel’s excellent feng shui. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and I especially loved the Italian panna cotta—it was perfectly creamy and absolutely delicious. The coffee was excellent as well, providing the perfect start to my mornings. Overall, Pan Pacific exceeded my expectations with its cozy rooms, breathtaking views, and delightful breakfast offerings. Highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Booked this hotel for birthday celebration. The room was not ready yet when we checked in due to the influx of occupants who were staying for the StanChart Marathon. However, the staff at check in offered us a complimentary upgrade. Although the room is at a lower level, the room is newly renovated and the balcony had a nice view.

I book for my boss, he said that he was satisfied with the hotel facilities and the location. He come to Singapore for the purpose joining the biggest Marathon event in Singapore, SCSM 2024. This hotel is in perfect location for this event.

Is a birthday celebration for my little boy and Pan Pacific have made the effort to decorate the room with balloons and also gifted him a birthday cake. Very thankful towards the nice gesture. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free popcorn and candy floss. The staff are very nice and helpful too. One downside is the toilet and the furnishings looks old and rundown. The rest are all good.
