Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard - by Far East Hospitality recensioner

Hotel room was great but service was lackluster. Staff were barely responsive or even looked at me during my check in process. Didn’t seem to want to do their job that much.

Was there for my husband birthday celebration. It was a pleasant stay. Location is slightly further part of Orchard, but can find a shortcut to get to Orchard. Hotel is slightly old with some small issues abt the curtain and bath tub, was resolved fast by the engineering team. Overall is clean and good price stay at Orchard area

The room not been clean, very dusty not been vacuum and mop, even after feedback to reception the cleaner have come and vacuum the room but still can feel the sand on the floor. Not to forget room smells of cigarette smoke, did inform reception and they just spray air freshener and that’s it. However thank you for giving us toilet with bidet.

Location is not convenient due to uphill climb that is around 7 mins from the nearest station. Room was spacious but dated - wall at tv area had a huge crack as shown in photo . Breakfast variety and quality leaves much to be desired. Service was ok. 24 hour pantry with ample snacks was appreciated. Overall, unlikely to stay again.

The staff at the reception is very accomodating but the staff at the restaurant are not espcially the indian girl.

A tourist bus crashed into our car at the hotel drop-off point when we arrived. All of the hotel staff were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and acted as it was none of their business. They did not even help to call the police when we asked them to. We had to call the police ourselves while busy dealing with all other stuff. They also downgraded our room type without even asking or informing. We only realized this during our last night’s stay. When we called to ask, the staff just said the two room types are similar and the difference in price is minor - we were shocked by this unprofessional response. They do not seem to realize it’s not about the price, it’s about not informing the customer. The communication process was lengthy and painful, in the end they finally offered refund for the extra bed and free breakfast, but there are not many selections for breakfast and the quality is not worth the price. It’s certainly not up to the standard. NOT RECOMMENDED.

great experience! First of all, had a free upgrade to a Premier room. So huge thanks for that! Went with my partner and had a good rest! Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating. You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled! Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price. Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

Book this hotel for the purpose that it is near the hospital, Mount Elizabeth. Which is walking distance and very very convenient. The room is so big and spacious.
