Naumi Hotel Singapore recensioner

Art hotel, not perfect for family travels, and limitless lighting as hotel style. However, it fit local and business travel, most comparable stay cost with other hotel around. Hotel location sit between 2 landmark shopping mall which 10 mins walk to SuntecCity, 8 mins to bugis. Also bars restaurants just next to hotel.

Love this place! Even when it was just a one night stay. My kid loved the pool too! The staffs were very friendly and welcoming! Thank you

Everything about this hotel was extremely pleasant, from the staffs doing their absolute best to make it the best hotel stay, to the cleanliness of the room. Would love to come back again. Just a small area of improvement would be the pool size & cleanliness.

Service was great, facilities is not what we see on the photos but we still enjoyable. Some improvement for the air-conditioning and water basin. Gym facilities was great!. Overall was awesome!

- Reception was unattended and we stood there for a few minutes - Felt the toilet would be better with a bidet - Tv didn’t have Netflix

It was our first time staying here (and our 8th hotel in Singapore) and it really is a great option for a trip to Singapore. Very centrally located, with very comfortable rooms and helpful staff - would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and explained things well. Enjoyed the complementary bar at the roof too. The room was quite spacious because of the open layout. Bathroom ventilation sounded a lil loud at night but just switch it off when not in use.

Location is conveniently located in the city area, walking distance to cityhall mrt. Room is spacious and clean, great for those who is keen to stay in a room with huge bathtub. Staff (JR) is patience and answered to all our queries. Great skyline view at the rooftop bar/pool. Do note that this hotel has no carpark available.

Naumi delights with its open concept boutique room and amazing service. Happy hour is also included at the beautiful rooftop pool, a perfect location to see the sunset.

On the first day check-in, I was given a totally different room. So I contacted the front office and informed them of the issue. But to my relief, they managed to change the room for me to the exact one that I booked. No doubt that is the last room as per the hotel claimed, but I'm still happy to get the room that I paid for. It's located on the highest floor and I'm so satisfied with it. The location is good and easy to find a good place for eateries. There's a glitch, of course, but still from the staff to the manager are all very well polite, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, and I will definitely come back for another staycation.
